5 I needed a dress for my nieces wedding, after walking out of two large department stores in the complex frustrated with the lack of service, I walked into Forever New and was greeted by beautiful Neiche. She was absolutely amazing with helping me decide which dress to wear, I ended up purchasing my whole outfit - dress, shoes, clutch - I walked out ready for the day.
Neiche is a superstar and an asset to the company. There isn’t many places you walk into these days that have the friendly customer service I had today at Forever New.
100% recommend forever new at the plaza. The girl who served me Neiche was so lovely. After having a bad experience at another store, she couldn’t of been more helpful. With helping me with sizing, getting a change room ready, to ordering my size with free express shipping. Loved shopping here and will definitely be back
Kiara was so helpful when I needed help choosing my work clothes, she was extremely patient, kind and full of ideas when trying to put outfits together! Will continue to go back!

The ladies at the shop are very nice and friendly, I've always enjoyed shopping there. Even when exchanging something bought online in the store, their service was just perfect.
Since the shop moved to the new location within the plaza, staff are equally great, layout and decor of the shop have improved.
