Forever New

A very BIG thank you to Georgie from Forever New - Pacific Fair. They didn't have the shoe size that my daughter needed in a style that she loved to attend a formal coming up, so Georgie went out of her way and sourced the right size from another store that we appreciated so much (after looking for hours for a suitable shoe, this was great customer service for us) Thanks again Georgie.

Robina and Helensvale have superior customer service. Staff weren’t helpful and were very rude. Will not be back to this branch of FN.

Being from Sydney I found there were more selections and the staff there were amazing so polite and helpful even though I was stressed out to find a late graduation outfit.

I was so impressed with the selection of fashional dress wear, I bought 5 dresses. I only went in this store looking to purchase one.

Will look at the clothes but will never hand my money over to that store, will purchase from another store. No service ever provided. Not even a hello.

Every time I have visited this store, I am greeted by almost every staff member, all of whom are very willing and eager to help without being pushy. Well done to management on your staff selection and training, a huge credit to the brand.

I like Forever New. Everything is sparkly and bright. They can have some silly designs sometimes though.

A lovely clothing store in the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. They stock modern, feminine, smart casual and formal clothing and accessories for all sizes and occasions. Over the years I have bought tops and dresses from here that I have continuously worn for work and casual and they are still as good as new. Their range evolves each season, so there is always something new to discover. They also have really great sales, so you can pick up a good bargain every now and then. The staff are lovely and always willing to assist.

Good location in the Pacific Fair mall, liked the general store layout with plenty of stocked items in various sizes. Well staffed, all of whom were very helpful from the floor staff, change staff & cashier.

I found all of the clothing, jewellery & accessory items were "in fashion", with a nice variety overall. Some items are a little costly compared to the competition, however many items are one-offs & very unique helping you stand out from the crowd.
