Great customer service and support by Riyash yesterday for the Boxing Day sales. Riyash - you made the shopping experience so enjoyable and fun! I usually hate going in store to try on clothes, too much effort to take on and off and then so painful when looking for options when the outfits you wanted don’t fit or sit the way you expected. However, Riyash was more than willing to look for alternative options for my occasion and then help me with correct sizes and also colours - always checking in (I was there at least an hour!) Walked out of store super pleased with all my purchases and confident to wear them to my next parties! Customer service that went above and beyond Riyash, thank you so much for such a good dress shopping day! Excellent service and conversation

I had the best experience here on the weekend were a girl (I can't remember her name) went above and beyond to help me exchange a faulty item that the Garden City store weren't at all helpful with. She was exceptional from the phone call to helping me in store- making me feel welcome and valid in my concern for replacement of some pants. She acknowledged they were faulty and helped me find a pair that was in better condition. I just wanted to say a big thank you to her, I'll make the 40 minute commute just to shop with the friendlier staff here:)

Worst customer experience I have ever come across. Was in the store for about 30mins, there were no other customers and there were 2 workers walking around the store. We made eye contact with both the workers and they did not say a word to us. I was looking at coats and was really needing some assistance in determining if there was more sizes out the back, however I wasn't able to get any assistance as the 2 workers just seemed to have no interest in their customers. Very much got the vibe that they did not want to be there.
Will never be returning to this store! I will make an effort to go the extra mile to visit Brisbane City store from now on where I know I will be welcomed with a smile at the very least.

Friendly staff member was very helpful. Had exactly what I needed and even held the item so I could sort out my banking as they don't currently accept cash. Very happy overall, and such a painless experience!

This morning walked in to the store greeted by a lovely smiling staff member Savanna. Immediately felt welcomed wanted to check out the store. Thank you so much for making me & my daughter experience amazing. She loves the shoes. I will definitely be back to shop here.

Lovely clothing, good quality, for all occasions. Just wish they had the curve sizes at all stores.

Good quality clothes however none of the staff even acknowledged our existence. Even when walking straight passed them and looking them in the eye, they never said a word. Downright rude. Considering you’re supposed to greet every customer that comes in. Poor form guys.

The three ladies who served me tonight (25/07/19) are an absolute credit to this business. Even though they were short staffed and extremely busy, they helped me from start to finish with smiles on their faces. I had a fairly complicated transaction but the staff were so helpful and wonderful. Thank you again:)

I have been shopping with Forever New since it first opened. I was living on Gold Coast back then. The customer service was always excellent. I have been living in Brisbane for the past 10 years and the customer service is really bad at Chermside. I am always buying gifts for my daughter, nieces and sister in law and of course myself. For the past 12 months, their would be about 3 - 4 staff on, and you would be lucky to get a hello. Sometimes you don't get.aknowledged at all. I couldn't be bothered any more. I will take my money elsewhere. Very sad
