Millie was very friendly and professional. She was very informative and tentative to my needs. She made the whole experience an amazing one.

Walked in with no appointment booked just to see what wedding dresses they had. Caroline was very welcoming and helpful. She directed me to a dress that suited the style I was after and was very willing to work around my budget. I ended leaving with my beautiful wedding dress secured at an awesome price!

Forever Bridal are AMAZINGG. My Maid of Honour and I had the greatest experience that we could not fault. The knowledge and experience is unbelievable. We were lucky enough to have the amazing Millie, who was so beautiful inside and out, knew exactly what choices to select and just made me feel so at ease. I had recently visiting forever bridal with my mother and god mother for wedding dress hunting not knowing what styles I liked and which what actually looked stunning on me. I had the privilege to been looked after by the lovely stylist Caroline where she made you feel welcomed and asked so many questions (that I never got where I first went to) to help with finding the right dress. With stepping through the door to finishing I was not only accommodated to my wishes and styles, she also really looked after my mother, god mother and myself and cared what I looked like in the dresses I tried on. She has gone above and beyond to help and assist me and also cared at the start of my bridal appointment. As I didn’t want to get the dress I did happily loved as I still have time on my side she was ever so helpful. I thank you Caroline in what you have done for me, you have set the bar in what everyone needs to have so we all get the level of professionalism and experience to what I got from you and the team. I will be back as I have never felt so looked after. Thank you again! I really recommend anyone looking and needing something that stands out go and see these lovely ladies there.

I went into Forever Bridal & Formal Brisbane on a spur-of-the-moment after googling and finding wedding dress shops nearby. I went in just to have a look and get a indication of price and had no intentions of getting a dress that day. I was greeted very warmly and offered an appointment straight up. I took up the opportunity to have an appointment and got to try on some very beautiful dresses upon the recommendation of Caroline after she sat with me and got an idea of what I was looking for. I ended up finding my dress and layby-ing it right then and there. I cannot fault this place - they have a great range of dresses at affordable prices. And their customer service is fantastic! I highly recommend Caroline and Forever Bridal & Formal. I cannot wait to pick up my dress, have the minor alterations done and get married in it.

I arrived at Forever Bridal full of nerves and a fuzzy idea of what I was after. Amera was my stylist and she sat with me and asked a few questions to try and find out what I wanted in a dress and for my wedding day. She chose a few designs and we quickly eliminated a few with some giggles along the way but then she bought ‘the one’ - nothing I would ever have chosen for myself, but it turned out to be exactly what I wanted Amera was super nice and patient and completely on point with her styling! They were amazing when it came to budget and I left feeling so excited that I was able to say “yes” to the dress! Thank you so much Amera

I had a great experience here. Caroline was really lovely and helped me try on a few of their beautiful dresses. The dresses are all kept in bags and well looked after. They have a huge selection of wedding dresses and formal dresses at reasonable prices. They also have parking around the back of their shop. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for a wedding or formal dress.

The consultant blurted out / made an example of my small bust size - audience was a full shop.
After asking if there were any body insecurities - well now there was!
I felt rushed & wasn't a one on one experience.

I came in so anxious and disheartened. Within minutes lovely Bella had me selecting dresses and before I knew it I was having to pick between multiple top runners when I was convinced I wouldn't even find one.
I could not have hoped for a better experience.

Wow, absolutely Wow! I cannot thank Caroline from Forever Bridal & Formal. Caroline, you made this bride to be the most happiest girl on Saturday the 22nd of April, 2023. When I came in I had no idea what I wanted let alone knowing what to do, but with your help put me at ease along with my crazy Stapling Bridal Party. You made it so easy & found everything for me for my perfect day. Caroline you are fantastic at what you do, keep shining & keep smiling. Thankyou so so much. I would recommend Forever Bridal & Formal to others in a heart beat & that's because of you Caroline, I am still beaming from ear to ear in happiness for my fairytale wedding dress. Just need to remember to keep one of my Bridesmaids away from the stapler when getting mending done on my beautiful dress.

Great range of bridal gowns and wonderful professional service. They were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday without a booking and I found my dream wedding dress. Would highly recommend

As a first time bride it is all a bit overwhelming. The staff are lovely and made me feel at ease. There are so many dresses to choose and try on and I enjoyed the dress experience. Though I have not found the dress yet i look forward to my next visit.

I just recently purchased my wedding dress after having my bridal appointment, the ladies here are just so lovely and professional and really did a fantastic job to help me find a dress that matched my what I was aiming for. I will certainly be recommending them to all my friends and family because they just reduced the stress and we’re able to provide me with some great options within my budget. My experience was absolutely wonderful, I had the best time. Caroline was our stylist and I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist. She listened and made heaps of suggestions. I didn’t feel rushed or that I was being painful with all my changes.

Highly recommend. I had a few dresses altered and they were done with perfection. Friendly and helpful staff.

A good selection of styles, sizes and prices. Helpful staff who give you the time you need. No pressure from the assistants, just plain old help to make sure you are happy. The shop is a little dated but at least you are not paying the horrific prices others charge.
