Footmaster Shoes Orthotics Podiatry

Never came across a sales lady that is so rude looked me up and down, asked about a pair of shoes and insoles, only to be told she doesn’t know. It’s not her job description and go do my own homework, warning all people all women over the age of 50! Don’t go in there as she is the most rudest human being I’ve ever come across.

Service at the store was ok but the shoes were absolutley terrible.they broke apart after 1 month of wear, had zero support and the quality was awful. Not worth the money what so ever!

I have a voucher to use at FootMaster so went today to see what I could find. A wonderful young man at the Robina Town Centre store called Colin was so helpful and went above and beyond and even though I didn’t buy anything today he was super helpful and I was very impressed.

My Mother & I were looked after by Rachel at the Robina town centre store today. She was very helpful, caring & awesome towards us both. Her customer service was excellent. We will definitely return & hopefully Rachel can look after us. Tracy & Nola

Can't remember the sales ladies name. She is the first shoe assistant to make us feel like a bother. She took over from me putting the shoes on my client. Never rushed us. Made suggestion for fit. Great assistance. Thank you

Contrary to the previous comments and reviews I had a great experience with Footmaster Robina. The sales attendant was polite and chatty. I walked away with a pair of comfortable, trendy shoes for work, better yet they were on sale!

I took my Grandaughter to the Robina store this afternoon and was served by a lovely lady whose name was Leeanne (apologies if spelling is wrong. We were in search of a particular type of shoe on advice by a Physio. This lady was exceptionally helpful with her advice and guidance. Her customer service was excellent. She even tried other stores to try and find the correct size in the school approved colour for a particular style. Leeanne had my granddaughter walking around in each style we looked at, and took great care in watching to see which shoes fitted the requirements. I’ve worked in customer service for over 40 years, and Leeanne ticked every box. In fact, her service was so exceptional that we ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes, so my granddaughter will now be able to wear appropriate shoes not just for school, but her everyday needs!

Great customer service, the woman whi served us, paid a lot of attention to her customer's needs and she actually listened with understanding.

Staff are always so friendly and helpful. I always feel welcomed and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The shoes are amazing so comfortable. Never buy my shoes anywhere else.

Friendly staff were very helpful and prompt to help me out with sizing of shoes. My experience here was enjoyable and will shop here again.

I also have had a terrible experience with a refund at Footmaster. I have never encountered a shoestore that did not give refunds and I am over 70. I did not expect a no refund policy as shoes are difficult to buy and unless you wear them around for at least 1/2 an hour at home the fit is impossible to determine. Also the style may not suit your clothing. Like another reviewer I also wasted $190 on an unwearable pair of shoes. There is something very suspicious about this company as it is impossible to contact their headoffice and their managers are obviously taught to implement their refund policy regardless of common sense or consideration of customers and return custom. I won't be going back and will certainly warn friends about them. Save your money!

Fantastic service from the manager today, never had so much information when buying shoes for comfort. She didn’t just understand my needs but also explained what’s going with my feet. So grateful that I can be comfortable again. Thank you Footmaster and I think her name was Vivienne. I wasn’t even going to buy anything, just having a look.
I have made an appointment with the podiatrist there.

I bought a couple of good pairs of shoes here about 12 months ago and went back today to buy the same. My previous experience here was very good but today I was met with the rudest shop assistant I have ever encountered. Lady with the weird tattooed eyeliner who was chewing gum - you know who you are. You really should find another job - this one does not suit you at all. I will never set foot inside this store again until you are gone.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Condescending and downright rude. You’d get better customer service shopping online.

I agree the store manager is rude and non understanding and not very knowledgeable. Very dismissive to me as well. Was not prepared to listen to what and why I was looking for a particular shoe. Just trying to get your money unfortunately, Wont ever walk into this shop again. There's much better places around to purchase shoes with better customer service. The general staff are only interested in getting a sale. Where has customer service gone?

Strangest retail encounter I’ve had. Both the assistant on the floor and the podiatrist were incredibly condescending and dismissive.
The sales girl had a very negative and abrasive attitude toward me.
The podiatrist had a defensive tone all throughout our conversation which was both confusing and off putting. I got the impression they thought I was tying to get free advice but if they had been more attuned and listened properly they would have realised that I was completely out of my element and would have benefitted from some guidance and genuine customer care.
Throughout my dealing with the young male podiatrist I felt like he was trying to have an argument. He abruptly ended our conversation and walked off before offering to book me an appointment. As I turned to have a browse through the store the girl gave me a dirty look and ignored me as I was leaving. Seriously a very odd pair of people indeed!

Went in to see the podiatrist nick and was very helpful. Will definitely reccomened to friends and family.

Great service. I had been suffering from shin pain for nearly 6 months. A new pair of shoes fitted by the experienced staff changed it within a few weeks. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service. Manager had no patience or understanding and was very condescending and rude.

The worst customer service service I ever had! I bought a $129 shoes and they refused to even exchange them and they were very rude. Told us to leave the store unless we want to buy something else!
