Footmaster (Mount Gravatt)

Leo from the Garden City Footmaster took so much time and effort in discussing and choosing off the shelf orthotics for my plantar fasciitis. He was extremely knowledgeable, showed genuine concern for me and was more than happy to explore budget options. Anyone with plantar fasciitis should see Leo! He is fantastic! My feet feel better already and I’ve only been wearing the orthotics for an hour! 10/10

Had the best experience at this store. I was served by a lovely young lady who went above and beyond to help. She took the time to explain everything & really listened to what I needed. She provided her honest input rather than trying to sell. She was genuine, so helpful and the shoes are just the comfiest I've ever had! Love them and highly recommend this store! Will be back again. Jaana was the lovely lady who served my Mum and I today. No words can express how much her customer service helped me! The knowledge she has on the range of shoes the stores sells is extensive, no pressure was put upon us. Her knowledge spoke for itself. Poor stock in store. None of my size in the shoes I wanted. Customer service was very disappointing. My Podiatrist recommended this store, which was even more disappointing.

It is a terrible shame the service is so bad here as the products are really very good. An older lady working the store is so incredibly rude and pushy and downright condescending. It makes me feel uncomfortable to return there which is a shame as the range and shoes are great for my foot condition. It's just a shame they are more interested in getting the sale than helping you

Fantastic customer service and product range!
I bought a pair of Arches shoes here today, after browsing almost every shoe store in Garden City - I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products - of which they have a great range - as well as going that extra mile to help patiently find a suitable fit and design for the customer.

I was especially impressed by Leo who was very friendly and took time to inform me of the different product materials, to better help me make my choice. He even offered me, of his own accord, a very generous discount on an already marked down item.

I was very appreciative and definitely left this store in a positive state of mind.
They also stock some brands that I liked that I haven’t found at other stores.
I couldn’t recommend Footmaster Garden City enough:)
