Great customer service by Emma today. Polite, courteous and very helpful. All with a smile.

Shoes may be comfortable but they are expensive and do not last long. The straps wore out after less than a year. (I had the javara Madrid)
Some staff instore were helpful while others seemed lost and unfriendly.
Better off buying shoes from another store!

I bought a pair of Arches shoes from this shop. At the time of purchase, I specifically asked the stores assistant if returns was an option in case I felt later that the shoes did not suit my feet. I was told that would be a no problem. Fast forward 15 days & I am now being told, they don't entertain refunds, just a credit note. This was not made clear to me when I purchased the shoes, however this is printed on their invoice which incidentally you get to see only after you have made the purchase. Another way to take people for a ride. Save yourself expensive mistakes and go for Foot gear instead where the staff is polite and attentive & shoes definitely of better quality. That is where I will shop next.

An update: I wrote to footmaster shoes at their HQ. They were more than helpful. My complaint has been resolved to my satisfaction. An individual store is not a reflection on the firm. They were thorough professionals.

Great selection of quality & podiatrist approved footwear. The staff have always been super attentive and helpful when I’ve been there.

The Sales assistant at this store was extremely helpful and friendly. She had spent a lot of time with me to help me find a pair of shoes that fit right and that I was comfortable wearing. I felt both sales assistant and store owner really do care about helping customers in their store.

Thoroughly disappointed for the first time at Footmaster Carindale. I was handed a shoe that had been clearly worn out of the store and brought back. There was dirt in the sole and marks over the shoes, along with a clear dirty footprint inside the shoe. This did not seem a problem to the shop assistant. This is clearly a hygiene issue, even more so in the current climate and full price was expected. Not impressed.

I went into footmaster to purchase shoes for my elderly mother who suffer with terrible feet. The lady working there was extremely rude and I did not feel welcome.
I brought a pair of arches thinking they would be perfect for my mother, we found within a few weeks wear the shoes began to peel and the leather has started to rip. I do not recommend going to footmaster Carindale at all.

Beautiful collection of shoes that will soothe your feet. Leo was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You will never complain or put up with aching sore feet again if you wear any of the range of stylish shoes available.

I’m a very happy customer! I have a size 42 foot I have been looking for a summer sandal for months.
The young cute sale assistant Leo was very very helpful in suggesting what would suit my foot.
I love these shows so much Remonte they are called I brought 2 pairs.

Bad Service ordered two pairs of shoes for my wife $320 Sunday 16.08.20 we informed the salesperson CHRISTINE at the shop that we would be back Sunday week 23.08.20,
We were told by Christine to put a $20 deposit and that the shoes would be here before the 23.08.20, so my wife and I went to the store 23.08.20
only to be told that the delivery truck went the other way and missed Carindale.
Pretty Poor excuse considering I have clients on the East Coast of Australia that receive their product within 24hrs and Perth 3-4 days, and my Wife who Manages a high end fashion store can deliver to her clients all areas in Queensland within 48 hours.
Sorry we will definitely will not be back and the $20 deposit is not the issue it is the poor excuse that annoys us and we were informed that we could not receive a refund even though the shoes did not arrive.

Thanks to the lovely staff member who spent some time making sure I got the best shoes for my foot problems. Very impressed with the staff attitude and service here.

Awesome customer service. The manager was so accommodating liasing with the Chermside store to make sure I got the correct fitting shoe and was happy with my purchase.
Will always go back to Footmaster in future for quality, well fitted and comfortable shoes.
