No refund policy and nothing in stock I liked. Had to leave with my unwanted pair of shoes… went to Myer they swapped a used pair 5 months later, no questions asked. Will not buy from foot master ever again.

Great service and an excellent product, very very happy with my shoes and they even threw in a spare set of liners.

Myself and a friend had a terrible experience with the customer service! Don’t be fooled by the one star, I give minus 4. Obviously younger customers, we were immediately disrespected the second we walked in. We were ignored for ten minutes before we had to approach the older blonde woman for assistance. It was clear she did not take us seriously no matter how kind or interested we were. She did not try to help with sizes what so ever and as soon as she gave us the shoes to try on we were left while she went and stood in a corner and left us. Another customer who was also left without help turned to us for assistance. As there was no help from the lazy employee. It was clear the difference in the way we were treated however, when older customers walked in they were created kindly and we were still ignored until at the register and even then she had a frown on her face. She either needs some serious customer service training or to take in consideration the option of retirement!

I must commend the young lady who served us today. It was quite busy and she had her hands full. However, the service, advice and knowledge this lady provided was outstanding. I often have trouble shopping with my mother who has recently had a stroke. The sales assistant was calm, kind and had wonderful patience. Unfortunately there was a vulgar woman who would yell across the shop when the attention wasn't on her, even so much to demand the young girl to do up, and un do her laces repeatedly when she was clearly trying to listen to my mother who's speech is now a little unclear, especially with masks on. Having experience in retail, I was proud of this young girl and how she handled an a busy rush, an abusive customer, a disabled customer and still offered us all assistance. We bought 3 pairs of shoes and cannot wait to come back! The name on the receipt read Monny m. Happy Easter Monny m!

My husband purchased a pair of shoes from this store, showed the lady a photo of what he wanted to purchase and then she told him that the footmaster brand shoes are the same as birkestocks and that if they weren't ok or the wrong size he could exchange or refund.so today when I took in the shoes in the box and with receipt she told me should would not offer a refund and I could exchange- which would have been ok if they actually had the shoes I was after. The older blonde lady was rude and abrupt, the younger lady working today was very helpful and honoured the refund. So basically the younger lady was helpful and the older blonde was rude, which has been mentioned in other reviews.

I went into this shop today purely because I happened to be in the area and I have been searching for a shop that had shoes to accommodate custom made orthotics. The older lady was extremely helpful. I finally have a pair of summer sandals the are comfortable and allow for my orthotics. Great service. 1 very happy customer.

Went their today to buy birkenstocks fantastic service extremly helpful staff will be back and also recommend to friends

Poor customer service, recently sent my husband in to enquire about shoes I’ve bought there before, to see about purchasing another pair. Lady in her 60’s at least, was rude and abrupt! Will not be using this store again.

Awful customer service from Kathy. Shocking “no refund” policy despite the fair and valid reasoning I had. I got treated so rudely.

They are incorrect in their "no refunds" policy. I am starting legal proceedings. If shoes not worn, still in package & returned the following day - refunds should be allowed.

Footmaster Stocklands Burleigh Heads. Best customer service, product knowledge as well as blending individual customer podiatry concerns. Viv is amazing and other staff awesome. Best on the coast and look after the locals unlike an unpleasant experience I had at a local boutique.highly recommended.

The salespeople here are wonderful. My wife went in feeling dreadful and came out walking perfectly. They also have men's Birkenstock shoes, and man-bags. Always courteous and helpful, plus they actually know what they are doing. Bought there now over a 4 year period.
