Foot Locker Robina

Don’t bother calling their contact number, as they NEVER pick up.
I’ve tried the past three days and still nothing.
Not to mention I’ve called them whilst standing outside their store just to see if they do it on purpose and yes, they do.
The store was empty and they were on their phones listening to music, I could hear the phone ringing but no one bothered to answer.
Absolutely pathetic service.

Walked in last night to buy 3 pairs of shoes. No other customer in the store and 4 staff completely ignored us, continued their social life laughing together, Left and found JD sport 3 doors up thank goodness. Their service was amazing. Will never buy from foot locker ever again.

Not the range of other Footlockers but the staff are great. Very helpful and assisted me with a situation I didn't expect they could do so!

Female staff member was quite abrupt when I asked her what she meant when she mentioned the phrase " performance shoe"

Walked straight across the aisle, to another shop, got friendly service and walked out with a new pair of shoes

So disappointed. I ordered sneakers for my daughter costing $99. When they arrived we opened the box (filmed it because the parcel felt so light) there was socks inside. Contacted customer service and was told no refund would be given, instead a 10% discount off my next purchase. I have photos of the receipt too plus footage of the parcel being opened. Parcel was sent from Robina store packed by Harry.

Website says they close at 8pm but weren't open when I went. Needs to be adjusted. Love the shop by the way

Bought my first pair of Nike runners on the weekend from Foot Locker. The staff member was amazingly helpful. I've been getting sore calf muscles after I run. He suggested that I try a shoe with more arch support or add insoles. I had planned to just pick a shoe that said "running" and then go on looks, so it was great to have someone steer me in the right direction! Thanks again, and I'll definitely be back next time.
