Foot Locker Indooroopilly

Website won't allow purchase to be finalised "an error occurred" even after receiving a one time code from my back. The problem is at The Foot Locker end. Tried several times, tried different credit card, husband tried on his computer. Called Indooroopilly Foot Locker location- phone rang out. Then tried ALL Foot Locker locations in Brisbane- ALL phone numbers ring out. Tried with the chatbot on the website which kept going around and around in a loop. Foot Locker does not want to take my $300 for a pair of Nike sneakers. What a waste of time and an exercise in frustration. Can't help wondering if this is a ploy to not sell items on sale over the Black Friday sales

Got the most amazing service from Matthew and Anisha. They go above and beyond for each customer was an all round great experience. Would highly recommend shopping here.

The two girls that were working there were so welcoming! I will always choose this store to buy new shoes.

Really poor selection of items. JD better. The Foot Locker in Stockholm are so much better as well

Wife & I walked in looking for some new casual shoes. Walked about picking up styles I liked and wanted to try. We must of been invisible to the 3 staff members behind the counter.
Slow day I thought the staff members would be falling over themselves to make a sale. Perhaps we were to old to be trendy. Perhaps we were buying for our kids birthday as well. Perhaps we might of purchased 3 or 4 pairs if we got some service.

Went in yesterday for a pair of shoes, was greeted at the door. Staff helped me out straight away, great service, very friendly. Would shop there again, cheers team

Went in to get some new shoe laces to replace broken ones. Was told they don't stock shoe laces, I feel we have gone beyond peak capitalism where consumption is pure excess and indulgent when a shop that specialises in shoes doesn't sell laces

Went to Indooroopilly store this morning. Salesperson was totally uninterested. I asked for particular shoes that I'd seen on the website but they were unavailable. She told me to shop online which I can't do for shoes. I also had a gift card which can't be used online. Waste of a 50km drive.
I shop in store to save jobs, not impressed.

Shout out to Phil I think his name was and Harry for trying their best to find me shoes sizes, although I couldn't get the shoes I wanted due to size the fells did their best to find me a pair of basketball shoes in my size, went as fair as checking the new stock to fit my liking I am very happy with the customer service and care they provided today, I have trouble all the time finding shoes in my size and usually shopkeepers don't tend to care when I look for shoes, this was not the case today, a big thank you to them for helping a brother out and would recommend these guys highly to anyone looking to hire them or give them a promotion, they're are ambassadors to the company and are due for a pay rise, it is rare to find workers who keep a smile on their faces and stay professional, footlocker please take care of them I look forward to buying those pair of embids when I visit again absolute champs keep it up fellas stay blessed.

Customer service is always so friendly and inviting and super helpful. I only took one star off because these shoes I really want have been out of stock since Christmas. Otherwise a great store!

Staff a more interested in standing around talking among themselves instead of dealing with customers

We were there this morning with my two grandkids ready and willing to spend money but getting out shoes and fitting the kids seemed like too much trouble for your staff to be bothered with. So we went downstairs to The Athlete's Foot where we got great service and proper fitting and spent quite a bit on two new pairs of trainers for the kids.

Great service and super efficient. The staff really know their product. We went here to buy 2 pairs of school shoes for my primary school aged kids. The staff were friendly yet efficient. Not the greatest selection of shoes but there are enough.

Your staff have no proper knowledge of how to fit shoes what so ever. I went in there today asking for something with arch support and the sales person said "arch support is overrated and no one actually need it". You've got to be kidding me! Get them some proper training before you put them on the floor.

Very helpful the guy's in store sorted out what I wanted which they didn't have in store so the guy said to just order and pay and they'll post it to my address which I thought was great

Didn't buy anything at this store but when I came in with my father that has had a foot injury and needed certain needs met in the shoes he wears, the sales assistant was more then helpful and when she realized she didn't have what we needed she directed us to where we could find it. She didn't waste our time and try and sell us something that wasn't needed

Definitely not recommend! When you buy anything, it’s all right. When you want to return or exchange, they always have excuses! And put all the fault into customer!
