Foot Locker Browns Plains

I went to Foot Locker to purchase a pair of sneakers on sale. I was thrilled when Shan showed me a pair half price. After trying them on, I was happy to say they were the right fit and extremely comfortable. I received excellent service from Shan throughout. I am a satisfied customer, and I will return another time if the need arises.

There was a mother who came into this Foot Locker to find shoes for her daughter, who happens to have a disability and a skin condition. The service (or lack thereof) was appalling and the worker who was asked for assistance would not even check if the shoes fit properly. She was impolite, and rude. I understand that everyday may not be a good day but the fact that she happily addressed other people in the store and treated this mother and daughter as “less than”, is unacceptable. The workers name was Chetra V and the date was 17/04/2023.

Had a very pleasurable experience today at browns plains foot locker with Zion, she was perfect she took the time to ask questions and she cared about my service nothing was to hard for her. Massive thumbs up zion thanks. Retail world needs more people like her.

Great service from Cody, knows his stuff and when he realised I'd need something they didn't stock, directed me to a place that could help. Bloke really gave this place a professional and helpful attitude.

Tell you they will put shoe on hold cos they only with your size to don't told they didn't put on hold after a drive 2 hr what a joke will never spent other cent in your store not happy waste my time and money for nothing and manger is a rude piece of work

I’m a brown skin guy and noticed as soon as I walked in 3 employees had there eyes on me at all times stereotyping me and making me feel uncomfortable. They then continuously asked me if I needed a hand after I told them time and time again I wanted to be left alone to browse. They then pretended like they were restocking shelves right next to me making me feel worse so I left the store without buying my shoes I wanted. Disgusting service.

Love the upgraded shop and location change. Definitely makes that part of the grand plaza more brighter and appealing.

No service 4 staff standing around talking to themselves, has happened on 3 separate occasions will never shop there again.

We were in the shop for about 20 min, Came in with my family on Saturday and there was quite a few workers just standing around talking and not one came up to us to ask if we needed any help, we tried to get their attention but they didn’t seem like they wanted to help, give the job to people that are willing to help and actually work

Glad i was there in time to get the last size 7 Air force shoes for school They have good sales as well. Service is always in point guys

On Saturday morning on a tight schedule, and have to get a gift you can always depend on foot locker anywhere else to get a great present.
Not the one at browns plains grand plaza 9am -5pm it clearly says opening times, on the front window all other retail stores has opend
9.25am still not open 1st impressions count
always obviously poor management and operations, more training needed

Staff were not very interested, may have been a big day. However I was not impressed and did not compete a purchase

Customer service is always great. This store though has very little in stock only very select items but what they do have is awesome. Check your receipt as it usually comes with a $10 off your next purchase.

Customer service is average. Product knowledge very poor. Staff are friendly, stock is limited. However, expect the typical salesperson that only ducks in to say Hi and returns when you want to buy. It's a shame given I offered to work here pro-gratis as a way to improve customer service (6 years retail exp) and was declined on site with no follow up.

They are good with kids I must admit. But proper management skills are lacking.

Was ignored by the younger staff who were only paying attention to each other or the younger customers so I went and spent 550 on school shoes for my kids at rebel. I wont be back

Go in here all the time as I love shoes and every single time without doubt the team can not even greet me let alone provide customer service. Only reason this store makes any sort of money is because it is the only premium shoe store in the centre. Train your staff to provide service.
