Just walked into store. Hopeless, no customer service with two staff doing their own stuff as if I was invincible. Poor experience. Good luck to the store.

Visited store specifically to purchase new sneakers for my son. Had both my son and baby in pram and was not even remotely acknowledged by the 3 staff. (Bit hard to miss) No customer service whatsoever, no hello or movement from behind the counter. Nothing. Note: not one customer in store while we were there. Perhaps if the three staff weren’t so busy looking at phones and laughing about their personal problems and focused on their job, they would have made a sale. We have purchased numerous times from the store and have noticed the customer service decline. Go elsewhere!

I went there today to see if they had some shoes in stock, I had to walk around 2 staff members blocking the aisle deep in conversation about some guy they knew. And not once did they offer any assistance or acknowledge anyone but themselves.

Went shopping here on Saturday, I was served by a lady called Sara she was so nice and helpful. Definitely will be coming back.

I purchased a pair of Nike Tuned, 5 months ago. I wear them for about 4 months and then the bottom of both shoe came off. I paid good money $240.00 as I thought would be a good quality shoe. Unfortunately this was a very bad experience and I can’t return them for warranty. The customer service at Footlocker Loganholme store was very bad, staff won’t help at all, I am very disappointed. Never again to shop or visit Footlocker Loganholme.

We have dealt with Zachary a couple of times now and the service was so amazing 5 starts didn't feel like enough His nothing is a problem attitude, friendly, happy welcoming personality is one of the best I have experienced. He makes you feel important and has a great customer caring attitude. Thanks for your help Zachary. You were a great role model for my teenage son. There should be more out there like you in customer service!

Ok so I went here this afternoon and bought a pair of shoes which were amazing but not quite what I thought they were.the young guy there happily took them back, found and ordered the right pair online for me and refunded me the difference!
Does customer service even come that good anymore? Totally rapt with this store and will be buying all my shoes from here in future regardless of price!

Always friendly staff unfortunately when you go to call to find out about what stock they have prior to visiting the store you don’t get the store itself which is quite frustrating.

Man zack was so dam helpful couldnt fault his service or the way he conducted himself infront of my young family, he is a asset to your shop and we will be sure to return for business because of this.

Had to look for service & when asked for size chinese bloke comes out with half size less & when asked when & where i could get the correct size i got i DONT NO! What a nob

Zachary was so helpful! Went in yesterday, looking for white air max 90, opened up the box and there was two different models of the white air max’s, immediately rung up other stores on the gold coast and got me a click and collect store to pick them up the next day! Very efficient and was very nice, he had excellent customer service! Store was very clean and tidy! Best footlocker with the best staff! Very impressed

Zion was great and very helpful, he has a lot of knowledge about sneakers and helped me choose the pair I liked. I am very happy with my choice and hope to see him again.

They never listen and try to undrstand what client want to say. My girl feel very uncomportble and painful when she wear the new shoes i bought lasy week. They do not exchange it. The young guy treat clients in very impolite manner as well. I will never visit again.

Went into footlocker yesterday, I asked for a particular shoe, young guy with eye brow piecing had no idea what I was talking about seeing they are a popular shoe but hard to find. Gave me no help at all, didn't seem to care about his job, even though the shoes are on footlocker website gave me no direction where I could find them or search if other footlocker stores had them, as a global business need to educate your staff, piss poor service.

Very bad experience they measure the size and type of shoes I need the next day I flew to overseas for 6 months and when trayed to wear it I realized the shoes are to large on my way back to brisbane after a few months they told me cannot do anything because the 30 days return policy and say sorry I decide to buy another pair of shoes same brand and the girl at the shop again measure the size and again she recommended size 13 I told her my size is 11and a half after that she sold me my size and now is ok but I was client of the shop for several years and expecting same kind of a discount they not doing anything about and charge me the full price next time for sure will go to buy another store
