Id like to thank a gentleman there by the name of ‘James’. James quite literally saved my life. I approached the store, chest pain, severe anxiety and shortness of breath. For months i have suffered these symptoms at the unavailability to purchase myself panda dunks. James made sure to serve me quickly as he knew how badly I needed these shoes! He rushed to the back at the speed of light and came back even faster to provide me different size options. All my symptoms went away and were filled with happiness and joy. My doctor said i now breathe at an above average rate and also noted the my shoe game is fire. All thanks to james. THANK YOU JAMES!

Staff is rude, no manners, standing there like robots, dont even ask customer if need any help, busy talking to each other, a girl who served me was rude too, after i paid threw the bag like dont visit again,
please hire staff wisely, and teach them what customer service is.thay cant be the representatives of this brand!

My partner and I walked into the store feeling absolutely welcomed by the staff. One person in particular was RJ and he knew a lot about the shoes and made us feel really welcome. Would really consider him for a promotion:)

Awesome staff and service when my son and I went in for school shoes yesterday afternoon! Special mention to Jasmyn who went above and beyond with her patience and assistance. My son loves his new black Nike's!

Very bad experience today, have bought from same store 3 times before, sales staff were distant and distracted, tried to offer me a larger size rather than the size I asked for once they realised they had none, just to make a sale.

Recommend you choose a different store if wishing to purchase from same company.

I called twice for a particular shoe, the first time I spoke with a guy (can’t remember his name) telling me that they had my size in stock. I went to the shop the same day only to find out they didn’t have my size and they made a mistake also stating they will have more stock coming in two days time. Two days later I called them the second time and a lady by the name of Danielle confirmed that they did have the shoe I was after in stock, I also asked her to put the shoe on hold. When I arrived within the hour and asked for the shoe she told me that she made a mistake over the phone stating that she got the wrong shoe. Who employs people that have no idea what their selling but just to waste your time and money in petrol. Definitely won’t be going back the service was pathetic.

I walked in there some days ago with my wife and our 2 year old son. I asked if I could try on a particular pair of runners but was educated that I could only try on the left shoe because of the fact that they have had too many incidents with customers running out of the store. Are you serious, guys?
Nice attempt to reduce theft but will it offset the loss of sales? Organize one security person at the door if required but don't make customers feel like criminals!
You haven't understood the basics of the retail industry!

The level of service I received from a young lady by the name of Gabby was incredible. She was very polite, gave me professional opinions which helped me choose my new kicks.

She was also patient enough to help me download/set up the Footlocker app which saved me a good amount of money.

To everyone else who has commented claiming these are tourist prices can go shop at Kmart. These prices are the same (if not better) than the stores we have in Adelaide
