Most sport stores dont have a lot of toddler shoes to choose from but this store I always find has a lot of different styles. Quick customer service.
This is the 5th time now that Foot Locker has confirmed my order and taken payment only then to find out I have missed out only when I follow them up. Shop at Nike at least if you purchase an item you will get it.
This review is for Foot Locker Australia and not really representative of the service that I received at this store.
I returned some defective shoes and when queried as to what happens to them, the manager said they must be destroyed.
Note that the defect was really minor; a small tear on the same spot on both shoes. The shoes were still completely usable.
In a time where the waste that we produce is a serious issue, I think it’s really really poor form to dispose of the shoes.
Give them back? Give them to a homeless shelter? Send them to a third work country?
Shame on Foot Locker. Your policy in this regard is dated and I will never make another purchase from Foot Locker until this policy is binned.
Friendly staff with a good range of stock and can order in anything they don't already have. Great stuff

Went in looking for a new shoe, the guy serving me was very helpful in finding me one. They did not have the shoe in my size, but he was very helpful in ordering a pair in for me. Great customer service and very friendly staff!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and asked whether we needed assistance. They were happy to wait while we looked and then offered assistance when we had questions. They were knowledgable and able to help us with our decision making.
