Best experience by far. They were so busy as it’s going back to school time and get still managed to be amazing. The staff were amazing. My daughter was served by Liam who was nothing but helpful and kind. I looked around and saw the same service being applied to all the customers. The shoes are all great quality and fairly reasonable price. I would go back everyday just for the excellent customer service. Thanks foot locker

Love shopping at this store. Staff are so friendly and they go over and beyond to match your feet with the correct shoes. On multiple occasions they have even ordered shoes in that were unavailable at the store at the time. Shoutout to Leo for always looking after us with quality shoes. Defs the place to shop for your new kicks

Even though Foot Locker didn’t receive my business, they helped me for what I needed and directed me to the right store for what shoe I required since foot locker had none in stock, and for this Foot Locker deserves a 5 star rating.

Phoned the North Lakes store and spoke with Leo C he was most helpful over the phone so went into store where I was then served by Leo and he could not of been more polite or helpful it was a pleasant experience and hassle free they didn’t not have the size in store so he organised to have them sent to our home! Will definitely go back and recommend footlocker and Leo to others! Thank you Leo!

Unable to call a store as they only have a customer service phone number which means I've been on hold for over 2 hours. No one is answering. Unable to see if a store has a size of shoe I need - I'll go somewhere else

The two girls that were working the night I went it had such poor customer service I didn’t buy what I came in for. No smile, no “hey how are you”, I actually had the ask her to move aside so I could see the products behind her cause they were to busy talking to ‘notice’.

Good range of products, prices are reasonable. Staff were both very friendly & helpful - Tyler went to an effort to ensure I got the right size and am happy with the purchase.

Slick set up as usual, though they were selling some whack shoes. I sell shoes online myself and they didn't have any shoes I sell on the daily, hard to see how they make money.

Had bought shoes from footlocker North lakes online and got the wrong size shoe sent. I did try it on to see if they fit and didn't fit. So I have sent them back and heard nothing back for a couple of weeks. When I rang the store. They said the shoe had been worn and sending them back. Thats all they could tell me. I was meant to get a phone call back from a manger or supervisor and still heard nothing. Shoes were never worn! I did try the shoe on like any other shoe shop. They will NOT exchange shoes. Think its pretty rude.

Lachlan was really sweet and helpful and funny too. My friend called Tyler and asked a question and he was very helpful. Will definitely come back. Shoes fit perfectly too!

Friendly staff only let down is they dont get some of the drops like chermside and the city but otherwise its tops

I had a case where a shoe felt great when worn in-store but wasn't quite right for my foot after wearing it for a bit. The 30 day guarantee is the real deal. The shoes were exchanged without hassle with the other pair I was looking at.
