Super friendly and caring staff. They are thoughrer and explain all. Could not fault them. Special thanks to the skill and care to Dr. Ruth.

Fantastic Dr. He was so thorough and professional. He was friendly and very I formative and gave excellent follow up.

Very poor service when came to payment
Don’t bulk bill anymore and charged way over the top
When it came to paying the difference from Medicare I would pay I had to pay the total bill as I had my debit card set up in my phone they wanted my actual card as there efpos machine does not handle phone card payment will never go back there

Friendly staff and Doctor Emma is excellent at what she does.
In the past the waiting time beyond the appointment time can be frustrating so I now purposely keep an open schedule when I'm booked in for my annual skin check.

Clean and polite staff, didn't wait very long to see a doc, need to bring your own mask though.

What’s the point of having appointments if they don’t abide by the time. Some people have to move and shuffle there life around to fit into these appointment times only to be stuffed around by the doctors there, a 9am appointment time is 9am not 10am!

Come up on list as bulk bill surgery but when I got there it’s not, wanted $69 but get $30 back of Medicare! Cancelled appointment. And book somewhere else

I don't appreciate being told "I'm still talking to you" in a condescending tone by one of the reception staff (blonde, glasses in her 50's) when I was nothing but polite. This clinic will make you fill out a Covid declaration form, including if you have been vaccinated, and then take your temperature (that's fine). However, the receptionist seemed to take issue with me not being vaccinated, and me explaining I have had covid and thus have natural immunity. Firstly, it's none of their business if I have been vaccinated, and I was under no legal obligation to answer, nor was I asked if I have a medical exemption which I currently do. She then told me to wait outside the clinic like a second class citizen, So I had to stand at the entrance for 45 minutes until the Dr was ready. I was literally in there one week earlier, filled out the same form, same information and was not asked to wait outside. If I knew I would be treated this way I would have gone somewhere else. Disgusted.

Disappointed to find out you no longer bulk bill and now charge an upfront cost. This change in your model will affect quite a few people as they cannot afford the upfront costs and we’re going to your clinic because it was all covered by Medicare.

Arrived ten minutes early.waited 50 minutes.asked staff why am I still waiting.got another 5min. Then your next. No apologies nothing. How Rude. Walked out.customer service not.

Enquired about my scheduled six month check up being overdue and was advised the practitioner left. Check up not transferred to another doctor and no advice provided. I was asked to make another appointment for January 2022!

Went in for my first full body skin check. No gown was offered (female). Consulting room was dirty. Rubbish from Previous clients consults sitting in hand wash sink. Dr did not wear gloves. Leather examination bed was covered in dirty marks from peoples feet, hands and head. Small blue and white absorbent pad to sit butt on. As was the chair. Very disappointing. I walked out feeling dirty.

So of the worst coustomer service I have ever seen by reception staff. I was denied to see my doctor treating me for skin cancer because I did not have a mask on! I think this is in direct violation of the medical oath not to deny medical treatment for anyone

My wife was concerned about a small skin lump on her nose. So, she made an appointment at the skin cancer clinic at dfo. She was told there was
Nothing to worry about, it was just a minor skin infection, but definitely not a cancer.
A few weeks later it had grown quite large. Concerned my wife went to barrier reef medical centre, where a blood test and a biopsy was performed. Yes! It came back positive for skin cancerThank you FNQH DFO.from what could have been a minor op now a major op

I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked into the centre. Everybody was so helpful and my skin doctor was lovely and gave a lot of advice with how to take care of your skin. I highly recommend this skin clinic.

I had a skin check and multiple moles shaved off and was a bit nervous, but the Dr was very calm, caring, reassuring, and I was kept comfortable the whole time! Very pleased with this service and highly recommend this clinic! They took good care of me.

The ladies on reception are super friendly.
I was seen by Sebastian. He was very thorough and informative. He was also great at sharing his knowledge in a way that was clear and easy to understand.

Called Friday to book, FNQH we’re able to fit me in Monday afternoon around my work schedule. They’re friendly, ran ahead of time and both the Dr and the receptionists were lovely. Honestly I was a bit nervous but FNQH are efficient, bulk billed and good at their jobs. Highly recommend!
