Yuliia is a great entertainer. Kids had ongoing fun with all the activities arranged by her. She is so kind heart and sweet. All kids looks happy as they all got turn in games and feeling amazed.

Total let down - Cinderella couldn’t make it but I was only told at the start time of my party rather then when they found out 3 hours earlier. I could have easily arranged other entertainment had I have been given the appropriate notice. They found a “replacement” Cinderella but even my 4 year old was asking why Cinderella had black hair and neck tattoos. Would never trust them with bringing joy to a child’s party when they crushed ours. We did get a full refund but that didn’t make up for any of the disappointment.

My son had a ninja party and the whole experience from booking to the entertainer turning up was seamless. Very good communication and the entertainer was fabulous with the kids! Highly recommend

Our Spiderman entertainer was amazing! He was great with the kids and they all had so much fun with the games. My son was a very happy Birthday boy.

Great entertainment for kids parties! We used Fly by Fun for my daughters 7th Birthday, and were not disappointed! Arrived on time, started the entertainment straight away for the kids and were kept busy for the entire time and loved it!

Communication terrible and a waste of time trying to book with this company. I am located on the Sunshine Coast, the company website states repeatedly on it that they service the area. I booked a phone meeting to discuss what I was looking for, advised of my location in my enquiry. I was emailed request information on the number of kids at the party and duration which I provided. I did not receive the call that was booked in, contacted them myself this afternoon only to be advised they do not service the SunshineCoast anymore. Parents do not need their time wasted while trying to organise a party. Update the website and train staff to check the client location immediately to advise if you service that area before bookings are made and questions asked.

My son had his 5th birthday yesterday. I booked a Spider-Man character one hour entertainment. Kids loved it. We had fun. And the Spider-Man was nice and friendly. I have recommended to other parents.

We hired the paw patrol chase and Ryder for our sons 4th birthday, they we awful couldn’t entertain the kids, didn’t entertain them at all, then took drinks out of our fridge

The entertainer was really nice person and very well dressed for the occasion. Children enjoyed their time but I expected her to teach them some entertaining with hoops and balls and things rather than providing the things and leave them for children to play with. They had a really fun time anyways and thank you for your ongoing fun and entertaining support.

Spider-Man was fabulous. All the kids were so excited to see him, he interacted with the kids fabulously and kept everyone very entertained. Would hire again

Honestly can't say anything bad about it! Made my daughter's birthday amazing and really took charge with the kids and allowed the parents to have a break.kept the kids entertained the whole time. Will definitely be using them again!

Unfortunately we had a pretty underwhelming experience with our Rainbow Dash character yesterday at my daughters’ party in Brisbane.

To begin with, she was 15 mins late as she went to the wrong park. I understand things happen (some of our guests also made this mistake as parks in the area can be confusing) but if you’re the entertainer, wouldn’t you double check the address and make sure you were there early enough to allow for getting lost?

Upon arrival, it was clear that the host didn’t have much experience with children. She appeared to have no knowledge of the character she was portraying and couldn’t answer questions kids asked or engage in any way about her character. At times she seemed frustrated with the kids and questions were just ignored. She was really just going through the motions - there was no having fun or getting “into character” at all, nor any of the energy, enthusiasm and confidence I would expect from a party host.  It felt awkward. Almost every other parent there commented on this!

The face painting process was incredibly slow - up to 10-15 mins spent on each child and it took at least 1.25 hours of the 2 hour party. I stepped in to help at the end and am kicking myself I didn’t do it earlier (caught up with kids, food, cake, general party craziness). That’s my mistake. It was a real mood killer unfortunately.

I felt it was way too much money to pay for a very basic service and this experience. Next time I’d save the money and dress up myself!

I’ve given two stars for the customer service experience in the lead up because that was really good.

Nikita was fantastic! She arrived on time, was completely engaged with the kids and made the whole experience so much for both the children and adults. The communication from Fly By Fun in the lead up to the party was fantastic and made the whole process easy and stress free. Thanks so much to the whole team. We will be recommending FBF to all our family and friends.

Emma, was lovely to deal with, she listened to what we wanted and went over and beyond to make my sons party special and memorable, by finding the entertainer who was the right fit for the theme. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Emma and Matt

We had two parties just recently for both our girls.
Our 8 year old had a Harry Potter party the first weekend. It’s yard was transformed into the magical Hogwarts with sorting hat ceremony and turning the guests into certified wizards and witches. All was complete with a Quiddich match. The two wizards that came were fantastic.
The weekend after we had the Unicorn party where the most lovely Unicorn Emma managed to entertain various ages and keep them engaged.
I enjoyed being able to enjoy my daughter’s parties and relax with the guests. The e tire process was very easy and the managed Emma was so lovely to deal with. I will recommend them 100%
