Flow Martial Arts

I recently joined this amazing gym. After visiting other gyms.finally found a place that is so technical with their programs, welcoming to the community, pays attention to their team, class etc.everyone greets you on arrival. This is the beauty of Brazilian jiu-jitsu in one place. This gym is super inspiring and the professors are so dedicated to teaching their art. I couldn't fault this gym at all. 10 stars if possible!

Started with Raina in the all female class as a total beginner here (never even been on a mat before) and felt so supported and learned so much! Slowly progressed into the mixed classes and learnt even more. The classes are fun and informative, the people are friendly and welcoming, and the vibes are always good!

Getting involved in BJJ at Flow has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. On every level from social, psychological & physical it’s helped improve not only my fitness but an amazing way to destress in an extremely high intensity setting but in such an amazing well controlled safe environment.
I’d say you have to give these guys a go because you’ll find it very difficult to not keep coming back. Paulo & Phil have created a great culture for learning BJJ which means you can’t help feeling like you’ve just made rugby sized squad of great mates
Give it a go you’ll surprise yourself with how much you’ll enjoy yourself without getting hurt

Love the gym. If your looking for a martial arts academy that is family orientated and has classes for all ages then you should go to flow. Paulo and Ryan are amazing BJJ instructors and have a real heart to see people grow and succeed not just in martial arts but in life as well. As a parent I love sending my sons to flow to learn BJJ and as an adult my wife and I love learning a new martial art together that is great for your fitness and handling the stresses of life

I'm doing BJJ since 1996 and recommend flow martial art school for kids, females, males at any age looking to get fit and learn this sport that is growing all around the world. Coaches always giving extra attention to all beginners and high level technics to the more skilled grapplers with a very friendly environment. Best place around the south end of the Gold Coast.

Flow has it all! Whether you want to learn the arts of Jiu Jitsu, learn the tradition of Muay Thai Kickboxing, or aquire loads of self defence knowledge and skills. I have been a member for almost 4 months now and I have never been so motivated and pushed to my personal limits to be the best, mentally and physically, whilst training with an awesome bunch of people! A great family orientated Martial Arts Club for both adults and children. The teachers have a real passion for Brazilian Ju Jitsu and Mua Thai and are very patient. Professional coaching for the newbie and the experienced. Clean facilities. Right near the beach and very friendly people. I love this place!

A great gym, full of friendly people, so much respect and friendship apparent from the moment you walk in, ryann is a very knowledgeable and skilled martial artist in multiple arts, I have been coming here for about 4months now and feel like the people i train with are becoming lime a second family. I highly recommend this gym and its teachers, you definitely feel like you're not just a number here at flow! Osss!
