Took my little buddy here for a fun time bouncing about. He had a good time while we watched on from the tables. Older place, not as big as some of the competition but good times were had

Flip out, Strathpine is a great place to take the kids, they will have a blast! This place is truely an excellent spot for some active and enjoyable family entertainment. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful and create a welcoming atmosphere.

A fantastic place for kids all ages to burn Energy on rainy days.a little warm on hot days. There is a cafe has a good assortment and a disabled toilet for walkers and wheelchairs. Chairs are a bit uncomfortable if parents waiting so we only do the hour.

Would not recommend, definitely only going to North Lakes trampoline centre from now on.
We arrived at opening time on Sunday where there was hardly anybody for the 1st 30 mins. The whole place was filthy and didn't look like it had been vaccumed/mopped in months, including the toilets. Rubbish and dust bunnies everywhere, gunk on the walls, plus no toilet paper in some cubicles. The trampolines seem to need replacing or repair, they have no tension and drop so low when bouncing, seems dangerous. Bigger kids jumping and flipping off edges because no supervision on the floor, when supervision came by staff they didn't seem to do much.
The only reason gave 2 stars was because my son had a good time (he is only 2).

Had my sons party there this weekend and staff were completely uninterested and unhelpful. One staff member told me that they were our party host along with another girl but honestly they didn’t interact with us at all. When we first arrived the girl at the counter was so unfriendly and unwelcoming. Staff are not friendly towards the kids at all. All the parents of kids at the party noticed the same issues. We were told the juice and water would be refilled, it wasn’t.
Only plus is the kids had a great time bouncing, I mean what kid wouldn’t have fun on trampolines.
I would disagree about the reviews saying that the venue was dirty, I certainly didn’t think that. It was fine. Also I wouldn’t agree that the equipment isn’t safe, the equipment is clean and safe.
Management need to take the conduct of staff seriously and stop dismissing it as it seems a common theme in the reviews which I wish I had read first.they are quite rude and lazy with the exception of two of the boys who looked pretty annoyed with the fact that they were the ones getting left doing most of the work.
Super disappointed as it is expensive to have a party there.
Having been to a kids party at revolution in north lakes I would go there in future, staff are much nicer and more competent.

After jumping for 15 mins a staff member rudely asked me to remove 2 of my children and go buy flip out socks I explained that they had grip socks on from revolution and bounce and she refused them to jump, we went down to the counter and they confirmed we needing to buy flip out socks for $3.50 each, yet no one told us when we entered. None of the other jumping places do this so the excuse of “insurance” is bull we were looking at have our sons birthday party again here but with this new “rule” we won’t be returning and will continue to support the other jumping centres.

Great place for the kids to burn off their energy. Coffee sold on site. Needs more healthy food options. Great for kids parties.

I would advise anyone deciding to take their children to flip out to feed your kids before hand. Cafe is more like a bad tradie food truck. Was told no outside food allowed. Pretty bad considering Frozen hotdogs that are microwave are one of very limited food options. Lucky they have sessions that max out at 2hrs. One good thing is you spend less money. Pay for entry and thats it.

Well trained, friendly staff. Good old fashioned fun activity, kids are active and burn off energy - safe, supervised, air conditioned environment. Kiosk style cafe with a range of food and drinks - caters for gluten free and has vegetarian options too. Free for spectators. Games area and function rooms.

Many machines were not working or card part broken. No atm at site so I went and got cash yet they couldn't give me any gold coins for the machines.

I have been at this place for about 4 years and it is by far my favorite trampoline park. Staff are nice, There is always something to do, and you can birthday party's there! Highly recommend to go with your friends and mates, It's a blast.

Was excited to go but it was small and didn’t compare to bounce so we couldn’t get a refund so not happy

Fantastic venue to get the kids out of the house and burning off much needed energy. Either jump in with them or sit back and relax and have one of their great coffees. A must for all parents and kids and a fun experience every time!

Great place, love that you can book online prior.only downside is the music is too loud, distorted with bass and makes severe crinkling noises.

If I could give zero I would. When on the final payment screen; the total amount was advised and I paid. Only to be charged an additional $70 and be told that the amount I quoted was the deposit amount. Even after providing screenshots of the payment screen which clearly showed "full payment". I cancelled the booking and requested a full refund; after their error, only to be told no, they don't offer refunds. Absolute joke. Terrible service.

Almond coffee is awful (they don’t use Barista milk and it separates) the tables and chairs are wobbly and sticky…. But the kids love this place and even though it’s loud, bright and kids are screaming the staff still smile. You all do such a good job!

Children love it here. Great fun for them and I can still work at computer benches, a win win during School holidays.

So have just had my son’s birthday party here, we got the cool party package. Number of guests was not specified on website or in email so called to confirm how many the party package included, I was told up to 20 guests. So I went ahead and invited 16 kids. When I arrive at the venue I am told that the party only includes 10 kids and each kid after is an extra cost of $32, which was never mentioned on the phone and is kind of vital information to be aware of. You would think they would’ve said that on the phone. As this is poor communication on their behalf, I expected them to have no problems adding on the extra six kids as I had done my part and called to confirm, But was still told that I would need to pay an extra $192. Half of the invite list didn’t jump for the first 20 minutes or so of being there. A guests parents ended up paying the remainder of what was owing, which was quite embarrassing considering again, I done my part and called to confirm. The kids were supposed to get temporary tattoos and a free ninja trial class and did not receive either. Poor service and an unpleasant experience to say the least. Will never book another party here again. Will probably never jump here again either.

Great place to wear out the kids. Not for toddlers & babies. Bring a large cold water bottle they'll need it.
