Through the dedication and commitment and Preventive Tests and Referals from Dr Nguyen my Life has been saved from Cancer.

I'm the biggest advocate for this surgery, however the introduction of the online booking system has really been an undoing. It almost makes it almost impossible to make an appointment when you are actually sick and in need of a gp with gps booked 8-9 sometimes 12 days in advance. Whilst I understand follow up appointment are necessary it would be amazing if you could only book in advance online for the next 3 days (preventing drs from being booked out so far so early on in the week). In all being said the gps are fantastic and are doing their best with fantastic facilities. It's just disheartening to call on a Sunday and be told there's nothing till Thursday when you have sick babes and again, I love our family gps we've been going here forever (when it was the tiny surgery).

Constantly turned away. Reception staff unhelpful. Just say to call back in 6 months don’t offer any other assistance for locals.

Great doctors at the practise, friendly reception staff who are willing to answer questions and help you out where they can. Bulk billing practise also.
Great that they have the fever clinic outside still also, so that you can drivethrough see a doctor if you have any cold and flu symptoms.which means you still see a doctor in person.

I used to love this doctors, especially Dr Jade Kwon. Now reception is nasty from the second they answer, speak down to people on the phone, abuse and even accuse people of being a previous caller on the phone when they have no idea what reception is on about. It takes weeks to get into a doctor, can never see your own doctor and they see no issue with throwing you in with a random doctor you do not know. I was threatened by staff today and have now removed my family from the practice and will be finding a new one. Which is horrible as I have mental health issues, a brain tumour aswell as other issues and Dr Kwon is the only doctor my children have seen and that my husband is comfortable speaking to. The doctors are amazing, the receptionist take everything away from that.

Good practice. Great docs and easy to get an appointment compared to town.
Wife hurt herself so took her in and seems better. Had to do own dishes so not fully healed yet. (I'm joking please don't hurt me! But if you do I'll be coming here)

Modern and clean facilities, many doctors to choose from. On-site chemist, it’s a one stop doctors stop.

Great doctors, been going there for years now, my doctor I see has been wonderful with my skin cancers, however, called today to make an appointment to be told the first appointment is 6 days away, not ideal with aggressive skin cancer, may have to source another doctor, that wait time for an appointment is just crazy.

Doctors are lovely very clean and you don't have to talk to reception all done on a screen as you walk in with the patients name and time of appointment

The doctors/registered nurses and even Clerical persons here are not only professional, they have empathy, a rare quality. I have never in my life received such caring professional service, even feel like a person, and they don't hurry you out the door, They LISTEN another rare quality. They only get better, as the services offered to aid my ailments is incredible, I love this medical centre, and would highly recommend them. 5 stars.

I have been ringing for hours and still no one has picked up the phone. Can't make a appointment if they don't answer the phone.

Very very long recorded voicemail when you call the clinic, that wasted my time chatting and joking, before getting put through to reception. Clinic is not worth the drive anymore its changed and is the same as going to the likes of the Riverlink Medical Centre.

Always can see a doctor if you need a script filed. You can normally see your own doctor if booked the next day and there a few to choose from.

I'm a chauffeur so I didn't actually go inside. I just exchanged glances with other people waiting in their car. It was nice

Having difficulties in finding a Dr well look no Further. The Dr's & Staff are Excellent, QML is there & A PHARMACY with Excellent Staff & on your way back into Ipswich do your Shopping at Woolies or Aldi, Helen.

Thank god I found this clinic. After calling the house call doctor (Im still waiting 2hrs later for a call back), I thought I would ring a few doctors to see if they could see my daughter with an ear ache, being a Saturday I thought my odds were slim. When the receptionist asked what it was for, she didnt hesitate in seeing us, even though they were booked for the day. We were seen by a lovely doctor and the pharmacy staff are just as pleasant. 10/10. Thanks so much for today

I have been going here since my old dr retied you couldn't ask for a better Drs surgery they bulk bill and this surgery has a great team of drs
