Tried to get through to the manager for a couple days to complain about issues with a technician we had been sent. When I finally got put through to her she carried on and yelled at me through the phone and even started swearing at one point as she was trying to argue that the service we had paid for didn't include a termite inspection when we organised one aswell as a normal spray and the technician tried to make me pay again when I had already paid by card over the phone.very unprofessional and very rude manager do not use this company for your business.

They didn't meet their commitments for the package my partner and I paid for. After one service, they failed to follow up as promised and left rat traps with dead rats on the property for months. Without any communication, they sent our account to debt collectors, neglecting their service and responsibilities.

I second micheal s review was his roomate so unprofessional, poor service. Said they will be pack in 2 weeks to check rat trap, never came back.
He shouldn’t have to chase up a service he pays a subscription for with him always away overseas with his job

Very happy with the service provided for our recent pest treatment, particularly the care and attentive to detail by our technician, Zak Millar. He was polite, informative and made sure that we understood the work he'd done for us.

Russell arrived early for my appointment but waited patiently until I was ready for him. He was very thoughtful, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable & professional. He explained things to me that I've never been told in 40 years of having Pest Control done. I have always recommended Flick Pest Control but I would also never hesitate to also rdcommend Russell.

Very happy with the service. Technician Zak Millar was punctual, very polite and explained everything about the service that was provided.

Russell was very helpful, walked me through after everything was dry to show me the entry points to look out for.

Nathaniel was a very polite young man. He was very professional and even went as far as to explain his job to my bug obsessed 4 year old. The job was completed at a reasonable time and I had no complaints or issues afterwards.

Josh B was friendly and informative. Provided some advice on prevention methods and what I can do to help reduce pest issues. He made sure I wasn’t nearby as he sprayed each area. Thanks Josh.

Good quality treatment, technician on the day was knowledgeable and able to answer all questions and concerns. Treatment was both family and pet safe and reporting for Timber Pests was in depth and informative.

Zak was punctual and engaging, a good lad. It was great to get the sheds and garage done for cockroaches too this time. The monthly payment contract is working well as any pest issues between the annual treatment are quickly dealt with.

It didn't work properly the first time. The technician didn't listen to me the second time. The third time the treatment worked. I only found out it was under warranty still when they rang to market more products. Then they called again trying to sell a new service just after they treated again under warranty I think. I'm still getting calls to date and when I said I didn't want to speak to the person calling today, they were passive aggressive, even though I was polite. Please stop calling me. I don't want to use your service again as it was not of an adequate standard in my opinion, based on my experience.

After paying to have my home treated for ants and cockroaches, by someone that was only new on the job in which he advised was his first home he was doing solo. Cockroaches and ants were back only a couple of weeks after having the home treated, so I thought I would leave it until a little later to call and have the home re treated, so called the 13 14 40 number after the Christmas closure to be told that the 3 months had lapsed by literally a day or two. The very disinterested woman on the other end of the phone offered absolutely no alternatives other than coming out and having the property re-treated at my own costs. As advised the cockroaches are the size of a small dog, so it's not a new infestation as they are obviously established. Still care factor was zilch. Will definitely go with another company and not have the new guy treat my home for the money you pay.
