My wife rang explaining we had a rat problem but had a dog that ingested rat bait on a previous occasion so baits were not a safe option. A representative arrived with some mouse traps and explained the danger to pets of baits! My wife chose not to use the Company. We were invoiced $198 for the experience, I complained of the price for the non service and requested a review of the invoice never received one but did get an overdue account notice for $88! Accepted that Flick incurred some costs I reluctantly paid the $88. P. S. I purchased some rat traps and sorted it myself.
