A very beautiful place to be at. The staff are great. They make you relax and forget about everything, except how important you are. Give yourself a treat and get yourself looking much younger again.

Absolutely poor results, very unprofessional, very expensive for extremely bad treatments. Do not try this place for lazer, very disappointing.

I just got my face waxed by Taylor and it is literally the best waxing service I have ever used. Taylor was soo precise and caring and we had such a good conversation. My face feels soo smooth and I wasn't in there for too long and it was super affordable. I have never had such a nice smooth precise waxing before. The whole experience was fantastic Taylor and the owner were soo welcoming and nice. They know how to wax both male and female I recommend them highly especially males who do wax their faces Taylor will have you smooth in no time. Awesome business well done to the owner and the wonderful staff.

Best facial ever. I regularly get facials, but this is the best place ever. My face feels squeeky clean and the best facial massage ever. This place will be my go-to from now on.

I will give ZERO STARS. I came last week for a treatment. For an eyelash lift. (It wasn't the best) She asked me if" I can read English" whilst filling in a client form. I made the booking online. For me to book an appointment online I had to read and understand what I was doing. She took one look at me and asummed I couldn't read because I was Asian. I doubt she will look at a Caucasian person and ask, if they read English. I felt discriminated straight away. I didn't say anything and carried on filling the client form. My phone was on the counter. And she accidently dropped it. I was quiet upset. I asked if she has business Insurance, that should cover the damage. She was like she doesn't know, she will need to contact the boss. I was like ok. I went and had my treatment with another young lady. After the treatment She gave me a business card. I ask her can I have her name, in case something went wrong. She said no. She also said, I shouldn't have put my phone on the counter. How was this my fault? She is the one who dropped it? And now was blaming me, for her dropping my phone. She should have been paying attention to what she was doing. She refused to give me her name. She was like it's my privacy. She also said to me " You are Japanese, we have different culture" I then asked her " how do you know I'm japanese? I didn't tell you I was Japanese" She didn't know what to say apart from "We are different culture" This to me is ignorant. Assuming someone is from a certain country because of the way one looks. Not all Asian people are from Japan, China, Korea etc. Asia is a very big continent she should educate herself. It's disgusting! I e-mailed her boss. Nothing was done about this. I'm just shocked this kind of behavior and discrimination still exists in Australia!
