As a new patient, I was overwhelmed with the genuine warmth and duty of care provided to myself today from Dr Charita Paidipalli, given my ongoing and extensive health issues. I just felt so nurtured from the moment I walked into her office and I am very much looking forward to partnering with Dr Charita for all my health needs. The staff are equally warm and very friendly, thanks so much for an amazing experience on my first visit today! Plenty of parking too which is always fantastic!

Flagstone family practice staff were friendly and kind and helpful. Also dr Charita was lovely. I felt my concerns were listened to and she was very professional. Just had a short wait, but well worth it.

The doctors are great but the nurse was awful. Super unprofessional. No concern for little bubba while vaccinating her. Hate seeing my child in pain when she shoves the injection like cruel.not going back of Jasmine (Nurse) will be there as part of their medical practice.

I would just like to say a honest review, we were coming to our last hopes in helping our 4 year old when our regular doctor referred us to the family clinic to see dr khai, I explained our situation to Cindy the most kindest woman that had truely listened and had given us hopes in helping our son, and truely she delivered we were scheduled for January/Feb as it was a long wait list but Cindy and dr Khai worked together to fit my beautiful son in speed time due to the complexity of his situation. It braught me to tears, truely such a compassionate centre that takes on extra people even though there already working extra long hours for our community. Truely a practice I will forever be greatful for - I will be adding another honest review after our appointment aswell. I just needed to let this out to say if your child or yourself are struggling this centre CARES. A huge shoutout to Cindy for making this happen for us and truely taking this on board beyond her workload. Forever greatful.

Great group of doctors. Nice people who make me feel very comfortable. That includes the staff other than doctors as well. 1st time I went as a patient had to wait quite a while to see a doctor but since I made doctor Gupta my GP never have to wait more than a couple of minutes. Always made to feel comfortable there. Doctor Ram great with skin also. Highly recommend this group as have had all health issues sorted efficiently with these guys.

Friendly well trained doctors, a great practice nurse, friendly reception team and its all local. On the premises there is a pathology centre. It is not hard to get an appointment and I recommend this practice totally.
