Paid $20 for a day pass.when it’s much smaller than Beenleigh and has less equipment. Most machines are so squeaky! Every single bar was rusted! Which was harder to put weights on and off. Very dark you can barely see what your doing. They don’t have a normal elliptical machine either. Air con is quite cold which is good. Bathrooms were nice.

Rude staff that can barely manage to acknowledge you when you walk in. Just want your money. Took weeks to cancel my membership but wouldn't backdate to first email I sent.

I recently wanted to share my experience at the gym, and unfortunately, it has been quite disheartening. The staff's lack of greetings in the morning, perceived rudeness, and a feeling of potential racism have left me feeling unwelcome. Starting my day with such negative encounters has become a recurring issue, making my overall experience at the gym less than pleasant. Despite enjoying the benefits of the facility, the consistent lack of courtesy has prompted me to consider canceling my subscription, even with the additional cost involved. I hope this feedback helps in fostering a more positive and inclusive environment for all members.

I recently started training with BexFlex and she has changed the way I feel about the gym. She has given me the confidence to work out in a busy gym. If you need a personal trainer Bec is definitely the way to go.

Great facilities and most of the staff are great. But no longer feel safe here given the issues with a PT and the gyms lack of accountability in its inability to protect members from its own staff

I joined Fitness Cartel today with Ash and if your looking to join this place please go see him, He was super friendly and helped me with all my questions and got my membership started! The receptionist who also helped me was lovely

Friendly staff, well laid out and plenty of equipment, clean, immaculate bathroom facilities with a sauna, a reformer pilates room and an outdoor area - fitness cartel’s by far the best gym in the area!

This gym is fantastic - great facilities and atmosphere as well as all the necessary supplements on hand.

The people who keep me going several times are week are James the manager, Sarah on reception who also helped me get all the right supplements and habits outside of the gym in order, and of course my trainer Jordan who goes above and beyond for me to help me move closer toward my fitness goals with ease.

The gym has big city vibes with family run values - I urge anyone to come and join this amazing family.

I would of loved to join this great gym, but multiple acquaintances have mentioned that their music is extremely explicit. On their website they say they provide a comfortable, feel good environment. Obviously they don't care about how we feel since they refused to change it.

Great gym! The staff are all amazing and the equipment is nice and easy to use. The creche staff are fantastic with my son. And Tonya is a wonderful PT. She’s caring and always full of energy!

Love the shakes, great customer service and equipment. Would recommend for anyone wanting to starting.

Great equipment and space to workout.
But slow in responding to membership requests. Easy to sign-up but so hard to stop the membership (even after the initial period that I signed up for). Too many staff but they don't do anything because the manager has to approve it.

Best gym I’ve been too! Good vibes, amazing staff, great lighting, equipment on point. What more could you ask for!

The reformer work outs are amazing and the instructors are always changing it up! No session is ever the same

Great gym with awesome facilities. Always get a warm and freindly greeting from the staff. I also found the personal training really effective and it helped me progress so much more quickly. I would highly recommend hitting up the trainer i use, Jordan Leeds. He is friendly, a great listener and communicator and he has helped my technique and progression in leaps and bounds. Amazing atmosphere and people are top notch. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The trainers are fantastic they take the time to make sure you are getting the support you need and focus on mastering your techniques, making sure you can be the best you can be. They're accommodate to whatever level your at. Being new is always a bit stressful but the these guys make you as ease.

Amazing facilities at a a very reasonable price point too! Staff however need to chill out on selling you supplements as they seem very pushy. Otherwise they do a great job.

Haven't been to a big gym in a while but this place is a pleasure to work out at. Plenty of equipment, benches, squat racks, deadlifting areas and machines. Everything is brand new at the time of writing this review. I usually head to the gym late after work (I work in hospitality) and I don't have to wait for anyone to finish their sets.

Also for payment they don't charge me any processing fees which is a big plus!

Amazing staff! Super spacious and excellent equipment. Best gym on the Southside! Will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family 11/10!
