Instructors and classes are great! My 12 month old absolutely loves his lessons and his teacher. However the customer service could be better! I think it’s a great idea to have an app, if only it actually let me do the things it’s intended for like adding credit and booking makeups ect. And I feel like everytime I call or go in person and speak to whoever is at the front desk that day they are always lovely and welcoming but have completely no idea what they are doing. Great swim school if you have a lot of patience:)

Fish & Flips Douglas Townsville QLD have amazing staff great and welcoming my daughter has loved every lesson she swims with Locky and connects with him really well, I highly recommend locky as he’s very patient and really good with my daughter very trusting and I love how he’s really into teaching the kids how to swim!

Very nice and clean, staffs there are all very friendly. My son loves swimming there, and he has been instructed by Katie, Edwina and Sam, they are all very nice and patient, highly recommend this swimming school.

Was a excellent swim school unit recently they have changed owner ship or management my child cried n the way home i would not recommend at all

My son Ethan loves doing his swimming lessons here. Katie is very patient and very nice with my son.

Very happy with our tester class and then our following class afterwards. My daughter will have on going lessons here for sure! At the end of the day the most important thing is that children understand safety in the water and are confident with swimming and I am very happy with how serious these classes and the instructors are. Would recommended this swim school to all friends a family:)

If i could give zero i would.was a great swimming school until new owner took over. She belitted my child made fun of him and others in the class. We took our son out this school

My daughter love to learning swimming in fish n flips! The teacher are very nice and all the staff are very friendly.

We had our daughter here when it was Joyous and now, back at a fully refurbished Fish and Flips. Katie had been a wonderful instructor and we look forward to this being a fun weekly activity.
