Great customer service when enquiring about booking in a class. Very knowledgeable staff!

Organised a trial swim class and when I arrived there was noone at reception and we had no idea what to do. We were a bit shocked that there is no fence around the pool so other kids can go up to the side of the pool and distract kids that are in the pool. We had to ask each teacher what class my daughter was in. Whilst in the pool the class was very disorganised and had no structure to it. The teacher didn't explain what to do and there was alot of waiting around to do the next activity. Wouldn't even pay for the lesson we receive.

Honestly discussed in the appointment process. I booked online so be emailed a completely different time and day. I called to double check the booking and the lady was rude and finally admitted she entered it in wrong. I was phoned the day before as they changed the time and I accepted that time. Then to be emailed the morning of to
Be told the time is the original time. I rushed over as they were not answering the phones. I called 5 times and no answer. I than waited to be served and the lady said the session was canceled. Mind you I had a 3 month old all dressed and ready for a swim yet no one emailed or texted or called us that the session was canceled.

This place is a light joke and I would not put my money into this place.

Great spot! Lovely swim teachers and good set up highly recommend this swimming place! Beautiful people ️
