Don't make #firstchoicecollege your first choice RTO. My experience is their choice of the dollar over their students. Courses are discounted because that is their attitude towards their students. I'll pay more to study with an RTO who values students over money.

Done both Certificate IV and Diploma in WHS in this College. Always every subject had useful information with logical structure and easy access. Office staff and teachers are professional, helpful and very supportive. Very happy. Thank you, guys!

Great course content, ease with online access and support from staff. Highly recommend First Choice to complete your online study with.

Completed my diploma of project management in 2018, was an in depth course and my trainer and course correspondent were very helpful:)

I paid for a Cert 4 training and assessment in 2014. The content was easy enough however the assessments asked test questions about content not taught. I aked the trainer who agreed and suggested the course comming out next year would be much better. Really its a big abuse of clients money. I completed about 6 modules when working, in spare time.content was all over the show, poor content, poor assessment feedback, I would say more like a company who is out to make money, students put up or shut up. No real assistance or constructive feedback.

Recently completed my Cert IV in Business/Business Admin and previously my Cert IV in WHS. Their portal was easy to use and navigate. Trainers were extremely helpful especially Jacob, Chris and Michael. I would definitely recommend using FCC again.

Combining a thank you message here with advice for anyone reading. If you lose your certificate, you can call First Choice and they’ll organise you a replacement. DO NOT LISTEN TO OTHER PROVIDERS WHO SAY YOU HAVE TO REDO A COURSE WITH THEM INSTEAD. Just call whoever you did a course through and they’ll print you another one and send it to you. Also, your potential employer can call the RTO and get proof on the spot.

I finished my TAE40110 with First Choice and needed the information to upgrade to the TAE40116, thanks guys for getting me that information as quick as you did. Shame you don’t offer the TAE40116, you really should.

This RTO is 100% based in Australia and have super qualified trainers (at least the ones I dealt with anyway). Whenever I was stuck and needed some extra support they were all too happy to assist me however they could. They make it their goal to give you a great learning experience, which is so refreshing. That was my experience with the Diploma of Project Management:)

Their trainers are super friendly, honest and helpful. They give great positive advice when you do something well and constructive criticism when you need to improve stuff. Also, when they say your work will be returned within a certain number of days I’ve found it to be within 24 hours.

I’m using my laptop to complete my Cert IV Workplace Health & Safety and was worried it wouldn’t be compatible which initially worried me. Enrolled any way and found it really laptop-friendly. Even with a touch pad. I know this probably seems silly to post about but the last time I tried to enrol with an online company the material was atrocious considering. Pottering my way through now and so far so good, the assessment items are nice and easy to follow.

Hey First Choice Training, just wanted to thank you for all your help in getting me over the line with my Diploma. My teacher was polite, well-informed and handled any queries I had really well. I've got my first job interview this week, so fingers crossed! Cheers, Travis.

I have recently signed up for the Diploma in Project Management and so far I’m very happy with everything. The resources are modern, my trainer is great (and Australian, I was worried that they outsourced their staff like a lot of other RTOs seem to do these days) and I feel like I’m actually learning something. Danke First Choice!

I attempted to do my TAE and found the course materials extremely confusing and poorly written. As an online/external student, I found there was very little support. I'm no stranger to study having completed an Education Degree and Post Grad studies, but I found as soon as I had made my payment First Choice really didn't care whether I completed my studies or not. Sadly, I didnt finish the course (after having baby during my designated 12 months) and felt it was a complete waste of money. I wouldn't use this RTO again. Just a word of warning if you plan to do the Cert 4 for Training and Assessment.

Did my cert lV in training and assessment. The online course was too difficult. It wasn't structured too well. There was only lecture notes and not enough variety. I did not complete it and money was wasted. I had to find another face to face provider. I have since then done many online courses this one is the worst.

Hey loving the new course material for the Dip.of Leadership and Management, little confusing midway through my course but appreciate that you're updating the resources constantly. My colleague is looking to do study the Dip.as well, gave you guys a plug:)

I began training with First Choice as it was a affordable option. The course I had enrolled for was a Dual Diploma of Business Management and Leadership. Unfortunately during the course, extreme personal circumstances prevented me from completing modules before I had even managed to submit a the first module.
After notifying First Choice, I was given the option of a 'Discounted Rate' to repeat the training, to which I was grateful at the time. This was until I found on their webpage that it was the same 'Discounted Rate' for everyone who was wishing to enrol.
Obviously their statement was highly deceptive and misleading, this is no way to conduct operations. Given the way they conduct themselves, be very cautious.

Last year I completed my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and now I will be undertaking another course through First Choice Training. Have had a purely positive experience to date, definitely recommend them to anyone on the fence about different RTOs.

I needed my Cert. IV in Leadership and Management prior to the commencement of the Commonwealth Games (April 4th) as required for my employment. I voiced this urgency to First Choice Training and found they were incredibly helpful in providing me quick feedback and marked my assessment within the stated time period. If it wasn’t for their organisation I probably would not have completed on time and wouldn’t be able to participate in the Comm. Games. I appreciate the hard work and will add that your course material was extremely easy to comprehend and flowed well. Not sure if companies read these reviews but you do, THANKS!
