First Choice Liquor Market Toowong

First Choice Toowong is my local shop, from the first time I walked in I was met with happy friendly people who helped me find my beer of choice. Over the past few years I have seen the shop go from strength to strength and now with a new shop manager, the store looks amazing with more choice, offers and great carparking.
First Choice Toowong is the best!

Was rejected all drinks since I don’t look over 25 and I’m 42 years of ages the boy with the curly hair and glasses is a joke

Beengoing here 15years now 2 issues post flood is I dont like the new management they shut off the back exit which is realy annoying for customers creating so much congestion and they shut too early they used to open till 11pm management needs to sort this out or leave so someone else can manage the store with longer hours and a back exit to the car park open again

Would recommend going to any other bottle-o, and definitely don't use the 6 pack carriers they offer instore. They break immediately and the cashiers will refuse to replace any products broken as a result. They admitted they could have checked their cameras but "did not have time". Thats an extremely dissapointing response to a paying customer. I will be following up with a complaint through the ombudsman as the business put zero effort into resolving this situation.

Bloke at the register deadset asked for ID when we went in and just bought pork crackle. Not sure if he was taking the piss or it’s the law. Happy to delete my review if you can tell me it’s the law to request ID for purchasing pork crackle.

Needed to find with ease what I was looking for and the staff there are always obliged to assist if I needed it.

Late night shopping trip after a 12 hr run around got me a good price Vodka and some Lemonade to relax with. Friendly staff, very big selection.

Staff member was grumpy and if you value your car do not come to this outlet. Parking area is small and spaces are tightly allocated.

Helpful friendly staff. When an issue occurred, management was quick to investigate it and make sure the same issue won't happen again.

I think they're more interested in providing parking facilities for the Regatta Hotel then they are in selling me booze.

It has what it takes when you consider it as a shop only. Although when you take more holistic approach and realise that this building is also someone's neighbour, perspective changes. Somewhat silence disturbing noises from their main compressor on the rooftop are no longer only a sign of cold beer but also an additional unwanted mate when you watch TV and you have to add couple of volume bars more to make him go away.

Used to stock Heineken imported from The Netherlands. Now it's imported - from POLAND. Seriously?

My first port of call when looking for a gift of the alcoholic variety, it's a large store with a large range, parking has always been easy as well with the carpark
