Firewire Surfboards

I had a problem with my machado surfboard where it was faulty.
I sent Firewire an email and on the same day Laura was extremely helpful. On the same week my board was exchanged. Their customer service is unreal. Big shout out to Zane as well.
Firewire boards are light and agile. It is worth every single cent!

Sent an email enquiry about a certain board only to be called moments later and had a full video chat about it. Great customer service!

Zane is a customer service legend. If only more companies had customer service this good. My board had a factory defect and was replaced without any fuss. Thank you Zane & Firewire.

They didn’t reply to my husbands calls and emails. His expensive FireWire has major flaws and heard nothing. Hey Kelly I would be careful backing the boards you put your name to, this is such a disappointment. My husband budgeted for months to get his flawed dream board. Bad service, bad product. Don’t expect ant response but buyer beware.
