NEVER SHOP HERE. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. My dad flew over from NZ went into this shop one week before my wedding. ALL staff guaranteed he would get his suit by the Thursday or Friday before our wedding. They said they would call us once it arrives to their shop from Melbourne.
Thursday. No phone call.
Friday. NO PHONE CALL
We ring them all day. No answer. We then drive to Robina to see if we can just pick the suit up. When we arrive the entire shop it closed. Absolutely enraged at this point after we had paid for the suit for the wedding the following day to have no suit.
This then meant we spent the entire Friday afternoon rushing around Gold Coast trying to find an alternative suit for my dad.

Only for the store to ring me on Monday two days after the wedding to say they have his suit and no apologies about completely stuffing up my dads suit. Absolutely furious.

I would give zero stars if I could.

Shocking service and less than helpful staff I ordered a tuxedo suit to hire for my husband for a wedding. The jacket was the wrong colour, and there was no button on the replacement. The sleeve length on the jacket was wrong snd the trousers had a hole in them!
Oh and the pocket square was the wrong colour!
2 days out from a wedding my time was wasted back and forth on calls and to the store
I would never recommend this business go elsewhere

Absolutely awful experience and will never use them again. After my final fitting the tuxedo was packed into a suit bag. An hour before the event I was attending, I opened the suit bag to find that they had forgotten to pack the tuxedo pants. I had to borrow a navy suit which was not a good look considering it was a "black tie" event. I dropped the suit back on the Sunday morning with a request for the manager to call me to rectify the issue. I am still waiting for a call. NEVER AGAIN!

Sarah was amazing. She helped or 17yo find his suit for formal. She was bubbly, fun and knowledgeable. She deserves more stars.

So disappointed with the whole experience ordering 7 tuxedos to hire at 189$ each 6 months before my wedding. I was told in writing they would arrive the week before the wedding. Had groomsmen take work off to go in and collect to be told they had not arrived. Was then promised they would be there by Tuesday the following week by a regional manager but still nothing. Keep in mind my wedding was on Thursday. One day till wedding and they arrived. It caused so much stress and ruined the lead up to my wedding day. Had to call the store over 30 times to get in contact each time taking my time away from other planning. Very stressful and very rude customer service. Very sad

If you need a suit for literally any occasion, just go to Sarah at Ferrari Robina! We went to essentially every store on the Gold Coast and south Brisbane and her knowledge, understanding and customer service is unmatched. We won't be going anywhere else or to anyone else but Sarah for suits from here on out! Thank you for all the laughs too, we had the most wonderful time ️

My husband to be and I went to Robina Myers looking for a suit. We really had no idea what we were looking for, sizes, or styles. We walked around lost and over whelmed for about 5 minutes before the amazing Lydia found us. She turned a stressful and overwhelming experience into a dream. She had him trying on styles, sizes and colours. She knew her stuff and made it THE easiest experience we could have asked for. To the point where - we not only got a suit - but ALL accessories! Shoes, vest, belt, tie, hank, the LOT. We walked out over the moon and couldn't believe how amazing Lydia was! She had great ideas and was never forceful. We valued her imput and experience. We couldn't be more thankful we found her. THANK YOU LYDIA!

Sarah at Ferrari is fabulous. She made everything so easy, the whole suit fitting experience with two young men was absolutely seamless. Great sense of humour, warm and welcoming. Can't recommend her highly enough.

Sarah's service was fantastic - we came in thinking that we might spend approx $190ish on a standard hire - we walked out having spent just over $400 having bought a suit and accesories - over double our initial thoughts, and what's more, we're happy about it! Her colour choices, styles and sizing were spot on - I could recognise her subtle redirection of some of our initial choices (thank god!) and was grateful she actually did care enough to do so.

Customer service was amazing, pleasantly welcomed by Lydia (lovely lady) and she helped me and my twin get our formal suits, perfect sizing, very nice fit and also affordable for a one of occasion. Recommend highly and would go back again any time:)

My husband required a suit for our son’s wedding coming up and I just knew he wasn’t looking forward to it he had gained some weight over the years, complaining and winging all the way there I was beginning to regret this myself.both Sarah and Lydia I’m sure could feel the apprehension from my husband (how embarrassing) however these two angels showed the most highest of professionalism and friendliness that I could see my husband take a breath and relax he even smiled and stated that “even though we are hiring this suit I think we should look at buying one from here soon as we are getting older and may need one for funerals (omg how embarrassing) Sarah and Lydia can’t thank you enough awesome girls

Sarah her team were awesome! They fitted me up and recommended a few different alternatives. Not just going for the highest priced or certain brand clothes.
