Very easy to get appointments.
I mostly consult Dr CJ (Dr Champika Jinandrdasa) or Dr Rathi Shan and they are very thorough, kind, understanding and processional. Instructions and advice are very clear.
In my opinion this clinic operates very well and everyone I spoked with was always very helpful for all my needs.

The practice issue electronic pathology requests and e scripts on your request so you don’t have to carry paper copies or forget to take them when you go to the pharmacy or pathology.

Overall Ferny Grove Family Practice provides a brilliant service.

Dr C Jinendradasa guided me through a gradual reduction of prescription medication. This took 25 days and has been a complete success, with no issues since. I am grateful for the outcome and excellent quality of care. The Reception staff too are extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Thank you and best wishes to you and your Team.

Been going here for years and now they are useless, smart mouth scammers, booked in 11.50, arrived 11.50 waited till 12.13,0 customer services, charged me me $71, no human alive pays that much, then all I had was cash and lady at counter said "yeah we don't have much cash bec no one even uses it anymore" and I'm like wow attitude much darl, biggest rip off ever.

I've been a patient for many years. The Doctors are very knowledgeable and professional. As are the nurses.
Reception staff are friendly and helpful too. It's a pity long term customers didn't remain on the bulk billing list when the practice switched to 'mixed billing' model.

Dr Shan provided excellent service, and is very warm and friendly. I always seem to wait haf an hour past my appointment time though, regardless of the Dr I see.

Our consultation with Dr. CJ was excellent. He conducted a thorough examination and reassured us that the symptoms can be managed locally. We received very practical suggestions during the visit. The reception staff was friendly too. I highly recommend the Ferny Grove practice for your next GP visit.

I have been attending Fernygrove Family practice for over 10 years. It is the best practice that I have ever been to. 10 out of 10 to all the staff & Doctors.

The doctors are very caring and are quite thorough in determining what is wrong with the patient.

The reception staff at Ferny Grove Family Practice went above and beyond to help me out with sorting blood tests in time so I could see a specialist. They really were exceptional.

$91 for a 10 year old to see the GP for 5 minutes. Understand its a public holiday, but this is outrageous. When I pointed out to staff that this fee wasn't mentioned upon booking I was told it was my own mistake and that the information was there on their own screen. Doesn't change the fact that i wasn't the only patient in the waiting room who was unaware of the high cost. Conveniently couldn't process my Medicare refund either. Been attending this practice for 4 years and this was by far the worst experience I have had here.

I’m very lucky to have my GP, Dr Shan. She always puts clients needs first. She knows her clinical knowledge very well and she listens and supportive. Receptionists are also very understanding and despite they are busy they will try to accomodate you somehow in priority situations.
It’s lovely to have GP practice in area where you live.

The best doctor. I can't remember her name but it was on a Sunday. Very open, honest and caring. The receptionist was so openly friendly. I would highly recommend this practice
