Paint came of my glasses they agree and sent it to Italy ofcourse, came back after 1 month got a mail it’s ready to be picked
Nothing is done still the same and she said it’s normal for glasses like fendi their paint usually comes off that’s not my words that’s his words, lovely lady at fendi?

I was served by Sandy today and she was very friendly and approachable. Very happy with my new mini baguette!

Bibi and the store manager went out of the way to make sure my experience was the best shopping experience ive had in a LONG time and got the exact product I was wanting.

My partner and I had the best experience with the new manager Adam! After a relatively disappointing day, Adam turned it around and we had such incredible service. We felt extremely looked after and will only be making appointments with him from now on. Couldn't speak highly enough of him.
