Hayden and the team at FE Sports are tremendous! I have been a highly enthusiastic subscriber/customer/beneficiary and subsequent user of Wahoo products for many years now, starting off with the original kickr bike V2 smart trainers and recently the incredible Kickr Bike V1. I had a technological mishap with my Kickr bike and it subsequently has been replaced under warranty which inadvertently has created a shortfall in time for which I am not at liberty to use my most prised possession - (my indoor cycling device). However, Hayden and the team have shown the upmost respect to me with respect to my enthusiasm and desire to simply have my replacement kickr bike expedited to my doorstep in the most efficient manner possible, for which I am tremendously grateful for. I could not recommend FE Sports more highly!

I've had Shokz Open Run for a couple of years and use them every day. I had a minor problem with them (probably from over use). The team at FE Sports were very quick to respond and I had a new pair within 3 days delivered to me with a very nice touch of a small packet of Gummy Bears in the package.

Fantastic and timely service from FE Sports. I rang them with an issue regarding a Kickr Core failure and was advised on how to best get the warranty process rolling. I was then contacted within a day Hayden via email and stepped through the process of confirmation and preparation of my failed unit for warranty replacement. Hayden kept me constantly updated throughout the process and the service from FE Sports was second to none. It is reassuring to deal with an individual rather than a bot or a 'team'. I am extremely impressed with their processes and also, I must add, with Wahoo for backing their product to this extent.

I bought Ridley Kanzo A, package arrived safely and quick, also had a minor problem with the bike along the way they straight away sent a replacement parts, great customer supports!

After experiencing connectivity issues with my Wahoo trainer and dealing with Wahoo directly for initial troubleshooting, my case was referred over to FE Sports. Both Hayden & Greg were both so friendly and super helpful & efficient in assisting me to get it sorted out. Once I had done my part, a brand-new trainer was on my doorstep within days.

Great customer service. Very responsive and quick replacement once all the paperwork was in place.
My aftershoks stopped working 2 months before the end of my 2yr warranty and it was no bother to the Shokz team to sort out this replacement. With cute jellybeans to boot.

I have bought 2 pair so far, for my brother and I and highly recommend these head/earphones.

Photo submitted Monday 24th July, replacement delivered via courier on 26th July! Super speedy service.

Had an issue with my kickr after 18 months. Wahoo and FE Sports had me back on a brand new trainer within a few days. Responsive to emails, respectful and helpful. Everything you want when dealing with and issue. Customer service was second to none. Thanks Hayden!

I’ve recommended AfterShokz to so many people and all of them love the product! Sadly - mine died right on the 2 year mark when the warranty ends. They simply weren’t charging right but that’s probably understandable because I used mine heavily for 2 years (Ironman training so massive rides and long runs with sweat!).

I was expecting issues when I reported this, given past experiences with other companies and warranties that I’d heard about.

I can happily say that the service has been EXCELLENT from my first contact - it was EFFORTLESS and I’m now being delivered a new pair of AfterShokz and I could not be happier!

A) they really are the best headphones and I would highly recommend

B) the customer service is excellent!

I hope this review helps others in their decision making

FE Sports has been exceptional to work with. I had an issue with a piece of equipment and contacted the team, the FE Team responded within 24 hours with a few steps to complete, when this didn't resolve the issue they had a replacement sent to me (interstate) is less than 24 hours. In an economy that wants a company they can rely on I would point people here! Thanks Lu, Kai and the rest of the team

I had an issue with my Wahoo Element Roam head unit. I am very impressed with the whole experience. Hayden was very prompt in responding to my email. His instructions were clear and easy to follow, he was very friendly and helpful. Hayden then had a replacement sent out which I received two days later. It was such a quick and easy process from the start to finish. I cannot recommend Hayden and the team highly enough. Very happy. 10/10 for customer service! Thank you so much again!:)

You can judge a company by how they respond to care for their customers and for their product
I have encouraged multiple people to buy these headphones
They are outstanding headphones for my bike ride, exercise, making phone calls and general usage
If you are one to take advice from a random stranger on the Internet, take this advice today and get a pair
