Marcus, Jag and all the boys are proper good people, they’re nice, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable, not to mention they make you feel like family from the minute you walk in. I will only shop at Fast Times Chermside solely because of these legends

Great store with a great selection of boards, clothes etc. Was happy with everything except the service of one particular sales lady.unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. The young lady made me not want to shop there again. If it wasn't for the young man who stepped in and helped being knowledgeable and nothing too much trouble I would have walked out.
She shouldn't be working there with no customer service skills and just outright rude for no reason.

Came in today with my family to get my son his first skateboard. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made the process so easy. It was quite busy while we were in there and they gave us so much time and attention while also helping other people around the store. Really great customer service. They also inspired our son even more to get into skateboarding and we’ll likely be back in the future to get our daughter one! Thank you so much we know who we are shopping for skateboards from here on!

Asked if they sold shoelaces, the dude At the counter told me they don’t but he went into the back and found a set anyway which he gave me for free, unreal

Went to buy a deck with my son and I have to say the service from every single employee and I say every single employee as they all helped us, was the best service I have ever received. Blew me away. Thanks guys!
