Went in today and had some of the best customer service I have ever had from mark in the Brisbane city store.couldn't be happier with how it went and will happily go back thanks to mark

The store is very clean and neat. Great presenting and good vibe inside. MARK is the best. He is very knowledgeable about skating and items. Very helpful and friendly. RECOMMEND!

I bought a skateboard for my daughter from fast times. The guys that run the shop are brilliant, friendly and knowledgeable. The complete set ups are good brands and decent prices.

Just went today to fix two scooters and even though they were very busy with the customers, Mark attended to us efficiently and professionally. That said, even though we requested to pay a fee for the service, Mark did not accept that. Couldn't be more customer-oriented. Highly recommend their services.

Purchased a new complete deck for my 7yr old this morning (5/12/20). Great service & information from Mark. Stoked with the purchase. Happy days. Cheers - Pete

Really cool merchandise, stuff you don't really see in other skate shops. Crew knows what they're talking about, also saw some cool diversity of women working there which is cool to see

P.s - Ask for Jarrod's specialty speedstrip. Its a head turner and makes your board go faster!

Great selection, great service. They didn't have the wheels I was after, but suggested a nice alternative. Shoes I bought ended up being too small, refunded with no hassle. I will be back.

Awesome fellas! Mark and Jarod are super cool and helpful for setting my board up and they know skateboarding for sure. They definitely need more workers though. These guys look like they work too hard

A little pricey but still the absolute best.

The staff is fantastic compared to other skate stores. I was a bit nervous going in as an unknowledgeable beginner, but the staff made a solid effort to make sure i felt welcome, and patiently and enthusiastically answered all my dumb questions. The shop has a great range of decks and skate apparel, but not a good range of griptape (for this, I recommend a short walk to citybeach). Great team, culture and vibes. Highly recommend.
