This place is a hidden Gem. Open to the public. When you walk in you are greeted with a smile and they are willing to help anyone with anything they need any questions that need answers and they listen to your needs. There prices on certain products are extremely competitive to your local. Stone throw away, home improvement store. I ring my order through, pay and go pick it up. No internet needed. Just a quick, easy, enjoyable, convenient experience and a good example of what a customer should experience.

I ordered a product, that I have previously bought from them, two months ago. I hadn't heard a thing from them, so I phoned last saturday to chase up my order, which, I was told that they had to look it up and call me back. So, I call a week later, hearing nothing from them to find out that they can't get my product any longer. Two months of my time wasted by inferior staff who do not do their job. I will never purchase from these clowns again. BAD FORM

Use to be my reliable go to place as they always had what I needed in stock. I have been in numerous times in the past few months and they have been out of stock of regular products. Went today to buy fertiliser advertised for spring and again no stock. Shame I have to shop elsewhere as the new counter person has been a big improvement both knowledgeable and friendly.

The staff could not be more helpful or pleasant. I left this place happier than I entered. Top business, top blokes.

RichGro suppliers did not know it existed.
SWD is the Asian fruit fly that scratches soft fruits like strawberries and can reproduce 350 in a few weeks. None now.

Exremely helpful staff! I was after weed killer, and the guys there could not do enough for me. I was also surprised to find cheap dog and cat food, and bulk supplies of washing powder. Not just for farmers.
