Farmcraft Beenleigh

I only use this store occasionally (due to a limited need) but the service is always fantastic.

I normally shop there. My go to CRT for chook food, organic fertilizer etc, Yesterday 22/08/23 there was this solid gentleman with a beard. Haven't seen him there before, and he was friendly and helpful as the rest of the staff. However this one was extremely knowledgeable about the bags of chicken feed. Happy customers.

The knowledge of the staff went over and above my expectations. They helped me with life saving advice on treating my sick chicken. They stock a great range of poultry products not sold in the average pet shop. Highly recommend!

Went to the beenleigh store to buy a muzzle for my german shepherd had what i wanted in stock and a even a decent sized choker chain, prices were way better than any pet stores around will be back staff were awesome

Little disappointed with the lack of pricing knowledge for comparative products and seemingly lack of motivation to jump on their forklift to get down what we originally asked for. We've been going there for around 20 years, even before it was Farmcraft. It seems to have changed from the nice local store.

This place has literally everything you need for your farm or pets.
A wide selection of chicken feed, dog food, pet grooming and training supplies, anything you need for a pet and a wide range of farming and agricultrual supplies.

The staff at Farmcraft Beenleigh are always helpful and their knowledge on products are excellent, always a joy to deal with.

Very helpful staff. Knowledgeable. Well stocked. Chooks looked happy. Barrastock for goats. Old timers for horses and donkeys.

Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable on product. Tidy shop with good stock quality. Easy access car park and drive through stock shed.

I go to farmcraft for all my animals needs and lately the last few times I have gone through the drive through I have had the worst customer service I used to have the workers ask what I need and they would put it in the car for me but lately i have had no acknowledgement from staff members asking what I need I've had to get everything myself. And only from the new faces seen in the store. All of the older employees are so much more acknowledging towards customers.

Staff continue to treat customers without masks as though they are lesser citizens.
I will not be returning.

There is a new worker at Farmcraft. Blonde haired man, sorry I don't know his name
He is always on the go and yesterday when I went there, cars were going into two lanes.
He offered to bring 6 bags of grain to my car, but I was stuck in left hand lane behind 2 parked cars, who were taking a while there.
I said thank you, but as the grain that I wanted was right up near the door going out, I said I would wait till I got closer.
He acknowledged me, as he took notice of the order the cars entered the shed. Sometimes people just need to be acknowledged and obviously he is conscious of such things.

Will not be back to Farmcraft Beenleigh. Twice now I have been put on the spot for not wearing a mask. (The first time being pointed at prior to entering the store from the car park, how embarrassing and alienating)

I think employees need to be reminded they are not law enforcement as well as the fact they are discriminating against someone with a disability. I also really don’t like waiting at the counter holding an 18 kg bag of dog food whilst a staff member sits at their computer (is it really that hard to serve someone or ask another staff member to serve them) - terrible customer service.

As Discrimination can lead to maximum 5 years in jail or $62000 fine I thought it might be nicer to just leave this review

Staff are SUPER helpful (putting my feed straight in my car!), knowledgeable & took time to discuss my horse's needs. They're not 'up (/over) -sellers': they've even recommended I put items back because I could achieve better results another, more cost effective way! #WhoDoesThat

I was impressed with so friendly staff. They went out of their way to explain about animals behaviour, & what's their favourite food.

Good range of products. Bit more expensive, but if you have to have something straight away, it's OK

Electrified chook mesh fencing options would have been nice. Especially for a hobby farming shop.

Good range of products for all types of animals at reasonable prices. Also has rural type equipment eg. Electric fences and associated goods etc.
