By far one of THE BEST customer services I’ve ever experienced! I purely have no words to describe my gratitude towards all of the lovely staff who have been incredibly helpful and friendly. My mother and I could not be happier with the service! And a special thank you to a lovely lady - Estele who have gone above and beyond to make sure we find what we were looking for:) We highly recommend Fantastic Furniture Helensvale to everyone!

Went in to look for a gloss white buffet/tv unit. Good selection of furniture from bedroom to dining, lounge and office and more all at reasonable prices. Best thing here is that they actually have the stock available to take with you, so you just drive around to the dispatch area at the side of the building, show your docket and they will retrieve it from the warehouse and load into your car.
The buffet was a little tricky to assemble but got there in the end.

Formal Complaint Regarding Recent Purchase Experience at Helensvale Branch

I recently had an experience with the Helensvale branch that compels me to raise concerns about the standards of customer service and issue resolution, particularly at the managerial level.
My company had a specific need, and I reached out to your branch in the morning by telephone to ensure the process would be seamless, given our tight timeline for purchase and installation. I was assured that placing an online order and collecting from the warehouse would pose no issues.

Upon arriving at the store, after having made the payment through our corporate card – with which we have never faced any problems in our 27 years of business with CBA bank – I was informed of a system issue. The staff, including the manager present, insinuated that the problem might be related to a discrepancy with the name on the card or an issue with the release of funds by the bank.

After promptly reaching out to our bank, I received confirmation that the funds had been successfully and immediately released. Nevertheless, due to the system issue at your end, I found myself in the unfortunate position of having to pay for the order a second time, despite having proof of the initial transaction's successful completion.

What exacerbated this situation was not just the system glitch, but the subpar customer service we received. Instead of approaching the issue with understanding and professionalism, we were met with an unsympathetic stance, and there was a palpable lack of initiative in resolving the matter.

While systems can be improved with upgrades, the human aspect of your business, especially in a leadership role, requires training, empathy, and a commitment to excellence. I urge you to treat this not just as an isolated incident, but as a call to review and enhance your customer service training programs, emphasising the importance of respectful and efficient issue resolution.

In today's competitive market, effective customer service and swift problem resolution are cornerstones of maintaining trust and loyalty. I hope to see these principles reflected more prominently in your future operations.

It's essential for a business to prioritise not just efficient systems but also effective customer service. The latter was noticeably lacking during my recent visit. I urge you to review the circumstances surrounding this incident, address the system glitches, and provide further training to your staff to ensure better customer interactions in the future.

Poor customer service went into buy a new dinning table the customer service rep just pointed to where we could find the dinning section. No interest in helping. Did not find anything as there was a small selection of tables. Ended up walking out and went to amart furniture.

Good prices, terrible service. Went in with hubby this morning excited and ready to buy a couch. This was our first store to look in, we were hoping we could purchase something quickly as we didn't have a lot of time and we weren't fussy. After being in the store for 15 minutes (standing close to several sales people) we still hadn't been greeted. When we needed to ask a question at the desk we were treated like we were an inconvenience and barely got any eye contact. A simple "hi how are you? " or "how can we help today? " would have gone a long way. At the least a smile or friendly tone of voice. Feeling a little frustrated we left and went to Amart and James Lane. Service was actually "fantastic" there.

Excellent service
My friend needed a dining table and lounge suite. We spent a good hour yesterday trying out lounge suites and dining tables.
The staff there were so helpful and their service was great.
I would highly recommend this shop.

I cant thank this store enough after the manger at the capalaba store was unhelpful. So i rang logan store also friendly then rang helensvale store, the girl i spoke too was so helpful. Pity the manager at the capalaba store wasnt like service at the helensvale store. I would highly recommend helensvale store i would rather travel from Victoria point to helensvale then go local go capalaba

They have everything but it’s all just wrong colors and style. Like trade black for white. Why display white cabinets with a black bed even on catalog. They just don’t have a sense of fashion

We are yet to receive our furniture so can't comment on it's quality but the experience in the store was nothing short of laughable. We bought a lounge, bed frame and computer chair. Once bought we left the store to collect the chair only to discover the store had taken the wrong name and number for the delivery of the lounge and bed. We returned to the store where they took a further half an hour to correct this error ensuring us it would all be correct now and we were lucky we caught it when we collected the chair (although the receipt was missing a word from the suburb but they assured us it would be fine.so we'll see how we go come delivery day). Finally we got home and unpacked the chair only to find it is the wrong colour (the receipt confirms we paid for the correct one). They'll hopefully be collecting it and changing it tomorrow. We called and nothing else was offered after messing up twice and wasting our time. I sure hope their furniture is better than their service. I'll update the review when we hopefully receive the correct furniture.

The last few times I have visited to purchase something (both before and during COVID), they have been out of stock.

Service was somewhat ordinary as well. I also called a different store and the person who answered was a bit abrupt and not friendly.

Very disappointing to see staff not wearing masks at the moment at the HELENSVALE store. It's less than a week till Christmas and I certainly don't want to spend it in lockdown because someone doesn't think the current rules doesn't apply to them.

Staff are awesome. Furniture looks really nice, but quite often it is cheap and not very 'sturdy'. Furniture on a budget and your great but for a bit more quality, look elsewhere.
