Fantastic Furniture

Today we were served by Jack and Chris. Really amazing and professional customer service before and even after the purchase! Strongly recommend Fantastic Furniture.

Went in to purchase a lounge. About 5 workers behind the desk. Didn't even get acknowledged. Left went back about half hour later. After sitting on one lounge for a while a worker finally asked if we needed help but only as she was walking past cleaning. Ended up buying elsewhere.

Took two weeks to get my delivery because the shop was out of stock. When I made the online order it would of been nice to notify me of that before taking my money and having my first scheduled delivery cancelled because of the no stock. Other then that well priced basic furniture.

Great staff. Had an issue with a delivery not by any fault of the store. Contacted Chris in store and he sorted out the issue within the hour. Good work. I am very thankful.

We have got most of our furniture from fantastic and every time we get somthing new its always a pleasant visit, sometimes we do have to wait for stock to come in, but these days it seems to be the normal unfortunately. Staff are usually nice and helpful, and the store is always tidy. Oh and let's not forget the good quaitly furniture at decent prices.

Great place to shop for furniture always helpful and not pushy to get a sale. Which is highly appreciated.

A little more pricey than expected but then I wasnt shopping for anything longer lasting. Great furniture and furnishings friendly staff. Well positioned and clean products. Well worth a look anyway.

Affordable but some items are priced according to their quality. They don't have all their products in-store. Some are online only. Lots of staff but they won't proactively ask if you require assistance. If you don't find what you're looking for there are other stores in the shopping complex to compare.

Great staff, good products and prices, clean tidy store with so much stock. We've been back multiple times now. We've been lucky enough to be looked after by Chris each visit, and he has been a pleasure to deal with.

Maddy and Chris they are very helpful and provided the best service. We are feel welcome and they also help us save the delivery fee. The store staff also help us fit the toddler bed and mattress in the car. Thumbs up for the service. Appreciate and thank you.

I've bought most of my furniture from fantastic. Called to swap over a table i purchased online & the lady was great she got it done quickly. Cheap but quality furniture.

Reasonable range of furniture at good prices. Picked up a very nice couple of sets of shelves here.

I found this good looking lounge set exelent price the only downfols is two colors choice dark Grey and yellow, not my choice

We bought our entire furniture from Slacks Creek store. The quality of everything particularly the Kingston range is admirable. Everyone is lovin’ it. Thanks to all the staff members for taking care of us.

We have been buying furniture from here for a long time.always good varities, good prices not too expensive and not too over the top.

Unprofessional stuff.
I’ve ordered “Waverley Coffee table round glass” the stuff member told me: I’ll get it after 2 weeks.
I get it today that’s mean after 4 weeks.
There is a missing piece “Centre Block” this piece to connect the table legs together.
I called the to ask about their fault,
But they told me “we don’t have any table to replace it, we’ll order that piece for you. We’ll call you after 7 business days”
I don’t have any place at my home to put the table parts on.

Before buying awesome and great treatment, but after you paying the whole amount “not helpful treatment”.
