Spent over $4000, was told it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. 6 weeks later they still can't tell is when we will get our goods. We have rung 3 times, spoken to 3 people who have all told us a different story. Be better!

Delivery service is awful! Left me with some items where they were meant to be put and others left downstairs. Delivery driver assured me I could get it upstairs on my own but the package is 39kgs and a very large box! I am so angry that I spent money on delivery for them to ignore me when I told them where the delivery was to be placed and now I cannot get the box upstairs to put my bed together. The men doing the deliveries should be ashamed I told them I am on my own and they still left it for me to do. Work on your delivery crew! Appaling.

Purchased a queen bed a few months ago while renovating. It sat inside in its box, unopened, and then I realised the space lends itself better to a king. I returned in store today to ask if I could change it to a king and also purchase another king single, and I was told “no”.

I understand having a change of mind policy for refunds or swaps where you’ve already unboxed and used the item, but I don’t understand when it’s brand new in box and you’re trying to upgrade the item. Needless to say, they’ve lost a customer. I’m heading to Harvey Norman now to buy a new bed.

Bought a bed package. You need a degree to put these things together. Prices may be cheap but it cost me an extra $200 to pay someone to assemble

They handled my warranty claim really well and replaced the broken couch. It took a bit longer with covid affecting shipments, but they did their best to get me a couch asap. Really appreciate their help.

Poor customer service. The lady in the store had no customer service knowledge and the way she spoke makes me feel that is she even doing any sales or just hanging around the store. Will never visit again.

Easy to deal with. Online ordering and quick pick up makes it so easy. Furniture is easy to put together and great quality

Only one other couple in store, waited 10 minutes. Others turned up and got served before me. Went to walk out, gave them a second chance, but did not have what i was after. So a waste of time.

Helpful staff and good range on the floor to view. Great to see a company that have a range of Australian made products that are backed by a decent warranty.

Definitely would NOT recommend! I ordered a rug 6 weeks ago and it still hasnt arrived! Every week they have told me that it will be coming in that week and it never did! I was told it would be a maximum of 2 weeks.it has now been 6. I live in Maryborough and traveled to Hervey bay store. I asked if when it arrives if i could possibly have it delivered to Maryborough for the inconvenience of this ridiculous wait. But i was told 'it isnt their fault so no, i will have to pick up when it eventually comes'. Do not bother to buy from them if you are told they will be ordering it and only wait 2 weeks.because its lies. Definitely worth going somewhere else. I wish i would of. I will not be going back there ever again.

I bought a rug and was told it would only take a week or 2. It has now been over 7 weeks and the rug has still not come in. I left a review and had a response from fantastic furniture to email them. I sent an email and they have not even responded. So when you see these reviews and it looks like they are trying to help customers out, It is only a lie!

Bought many products from Fantastic Furniture at Pialba. Always very good value for money. Staff are always very efficient and flat packs are easy to assemble. Only ever had one problem and this was fixed straight away by Manager, Dee. Great service.

I am really disappointed in the Customer Service at Fantastic Furniture. My family and I went to the store needing lounges and was talked into purchasing a lounge suit on the basis that the wait time for the lounges was only a month. Regular contact with the store’s Sales team, Assistant Manager and now Manager we have been told various timeframes for delivery and reasons for the delay and as of today (after waiting 5 weeks) we have been told we would have to wait up to 10weeks for our stock. I spent over $4k in the store to be given the run around and I will not recommend Fantastic Furniture in Hervey Bay to anyone. If the Sale person was upfront and honest from the start I would not have had my family sitting on beanbags for 5 weeks and would have purchased another lounge in store but instead I have now got a refund and will shop elsewhere.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Brendan was very helpful. Prices for double bed for our spare room are better than 2nd hand!

They have great deals for young couples to start out, I was amazed at the prices you can furnish a unit or house, I was looking for some chairs that I can stack away when not in use, I will go back next week and pick them up, I have been looking in all the furniture stores couldn't find what I so best ones are at Fantastic Furniture.
