Fantastic Furniture

Thanks to Kahlia who help me find the Chaise I want, and the team is kind and friendly. I had a wonderful experience when I went to shopping.

Not bad, customer service needs work and nobody trying to upsell, also very bad organisation of delivery/pick up.
There was nothing in place to let staff no that the items had been picked up and delivered therefore I kept getting notified I had a pick up in store when I already had the item delivered.

Has not been a pleasant experience at all, first off got zero help in store, was constantly following people around to eventually give up and figure my question out on my own, then to be delivered a faulty/broken lounge to wait 2 week's to be told I'll have to wait a while for them to fix a simple threading problem but they can't tell me when (first I heard anything was after calling them fuming after waiting 2 week's for any communication on what's going on), takes going off at the manager Susan who seemed to lack in care to finally be able to not sit on the floor anymore and get a replacement, not too happy with my experience.

Nikita helped us today track down a full bedroom set up for a family in need -> best customer service I have seen in a long time.

Thank you so much Nikita, you really made our day.

Had to interrupt chatting staff to get served, given the wrong product, had to remind the person serving me to focus on me, the sale he had right now, rather than join a conversation among other staff about how he stuffed up earlier in the day. One person at delivery, five people waiting.
Never never going there again.
Btw, still got wrong product, couldn't cope with ineptness to change it.

Ipswich store are so helpful but Nikitaak services is great so helpful and so easy to deal with

Placed an order and waited over 3 months for cupboards and a mirror to get delivered. Contacted them on and off and they advised the cupboards were held up on the mirror. I asked for the cupboards to get delivered and booked them in for delivery but decided to cancel the mirror as I was not told it was out of stock upon ordering. Cupboards had not been delivered on the date they were booked in and found out today they had canceled my entire order.

Had a pretty tedious experience. The woman serving us was amazing while she was showing off all of the furniture and how they could help us… when we came another day to purchase the sofa it was a different story. I found she was quite short and sarcastic when dealing with us.
We were offered a delivery time on a particular day, between 800 and 1200 I believe and this was confirmed on the day of delivery.at 1130 after waiting around for four hours we got a text to say that the delivery was cancelled.
I called the store and the head office to formally complain about this. Magically my lounge appeared shortly after.

As far as the product goes… my lounge feels different at home than the one in the showroom. The quality… I got what I paid for. It’s a cheap lounge.

Would i recommend - definitely not from the west ipswich store, as far as the product… if you can wait and save a bit more for a better quality lounge do it. But if you’re broke and in a jam, it’s good for a quick cheap fix

Terrible, store isnt the cleanest and staff not really interested in selling. Ask about their weekend though. Foot traffic should be a dead giveaway, avoid!

We bought 2 double beds for our kids at Ipswich Fantastic Furniture. Nikita is a very friendly staff who served us on the day. She spent a very good amount of time giving us all information of all the things we asked. The beds are very best quality, trendy oak colour and YES ONLY $329 each (unbelievable affordable price tag in this economy).
The only thing that little disappointed is the mattress and study desks we like, are out of stock so sad
But YES we came home happy with the beds we purchased.

I tried to give an honest review of the Cadia Umbrella with Lights but my review doesn't appear even though I did it twice! This umbrella has faded so much in 5 weeks that it looks years old and the lights are very weak and do not light up much of anything. Not recommended. Save your money.

Love fantastic furniture. Just last year I brought a new bed, mattress and lounge. And couple of years ago I brought a nice T. V unit. Love it all

Good, friendly service. Offers online shopping, click and collect or delivery.
Wide range of discount furniture, I have bought a variety of items from there over the years. They also have a good returns policy if there are any problems.

We went in to get a dining set, not really sure of what we wanted. Nikita came and helped us pick out the perfect set, she was knowledgeable, very lovely and helpful.

14 October. I was just informed that the Ipswich store didn't have my mattresses in stock and wouldn't have them in my required time. Sue at Ipswich store searched for the mattresses and was able to arrange for me to collect them from Helensvale. A bit a drive but I'm happy if it means my Aunt has a place to sleep.thank you Sue!

My background has been working in retail and customer service was always number one.
However today the staff had better things to do behind their computer screens.
Me and my partner never even got a simple HI.
I'll just continue looking else where.
I've been in this store a few times and the service has been ok in the past but today was a fail.

Good furniture but the customer service and delivery experience was nothing short of pathetic after they had taken my money of course

I am 60 yrs old and wanting a new corner lounge for a couple of years, the young lady I spoke with was lovely and I ordered a new lounge. What no one told me was that it would be delivered in boxes and I would be the one unpacking it AND putting it together, I am sore, I have hurt myself and have only managed to open 3 boxes out of 5 in 4 hrs I just want to sit and cry was so looking forward to a new lounge. Spent over $2000 I did not expect this nightmare.

A Lovely lady Named Kathy served me and her customer service and product knowledge was EXCELLENT!
