Great quality orchids and indoor plants, regular stockists of most varieties of orchiata bark which has saved me having to drive across town to get what I need for my aroids. Shadehouse supply staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful but I find customer service at the check outs can be very hit and miss.

I have only called to order orchids not been there but staff are very friendly and happy to answer any questions to help a beginner. They are very helpful, quick delivery on my orders also.

The most adorable man helped us to choose the best orchid to our needs, and even showed us how to water and repot the plants, wonderful!

Love this place and the customer service from Todd was the best ever. We bought a shade house from him and he was very patient with all our questions, even modified the shade house to suit us. I cannot recommend Fame Orchids highly enough. Oh and the plants I bought are just stunning as well.

They are amazing! I've purchased orchards from them. Then gone back and had the orchard re-potted. Great, competitive price and very helpful service. See the photo of how my white orchard has bloomed this time! It'll be due for it's 3rd re-potting when these flowers pass.

Kirra at Fame Orchids was amazing in her ability to recommend and put together the most beautiful birthday arrangement of Orchids. Her expertise and organising skills transformed a regular birthday gift into something very special. Both the gift recipient and giver were equally delighted with Kirra's creation.

If you are thinking about buying an orchid (s), come here! There are hundreds of beautiful orchid varieties to choose from, and not just the standard ones you see in Coles, Woolies and Bunnings. It's easy to go overboard on purchases here (attached my home collection thus far). They also stock care products, stands and some non-orchid plants too.

The owner is so friendly and happy to provide advice on how to care for your purchase. They even have a guidebook for beginners.

Great service, Great staff and always good advice. Have been dealing with them for a few years now and I have had no real problems. Good range of plants and seedlings, some that I have not been able to find elsewhere. Also a great range of accessories. I highly recommend a visit.:)

I live in Melbourne and I needed assistance to buy an orchid for my Aunt's birthday. My aunt lives in Brisbane and Fame Orchids came as a recommendation to me. With COVID I was unable to see my aunt for her birthday nor was I able to go to Fame Orchids to choose her gift. None of this mattered though as I somehow found myself in the very capable hands of Kirra who supplied exceptional customer service. Kirra understood what I was wanting, a unique orchid for my aunts collection, and she delivered a beautiful unusual orchid that my aunt did not own and absolutely loves. I could not have achieved such a wonderful outcome without Kirra who emailed me updates and popped the right orchid aside at the the precise time I needed it. It's not often you experience customer service of this quality and I cannot recommend Fame Orchids highly enough. If you want an orchid this is the place to go!

A lovely calming venue for everyone with even the slightest green thumb.
I enjoy each of my visits here.
The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and more than willing to take the time answering questions in an easy to understand manner.
The nursery is spacious with so many different varieties and species to available, all in stunning condition.
The hardest part of the trip here is limiting your purchases with everything looking so beautiful.
