We just had our shutters installed by Kyle in our home. Our initial contact with him was professional and highly recommended. We couldn’t be any happier with the end result. We have had 2 outdoor awnings installed by Factory Direct Blinds. This team is amazing - from Quinn's quotes to Isaac's installation we can't faulter their work ethic, communication and products. Excellent after sales service, requested a service call to realign blinds a adjust programming of remotes, The warranty work was completed within a couple of days of the request and all issues resolved to our complete satisfaction.

Just had motorised blinds fitted from Factory Direct and cannot praise enough the service we have had. The fitter did an amazing job in the fitting and explaining the whole process. Would recommend to anyone.

Please don't go with them. I choose them seeing the "voted best" on product review. I ordered a security door on 29 June 2023 and after three months of waiting I finally received the door in September just to take it back at the door locks were not working as expected. After 2 and half weeks they come back to fit the door and miss few parts like the gas strut and door seal strip. The installation is really messy, please have a look at the installation and decide.

Had to go to buntings as hooks provided where good for curtains but to long for sheers, not happy at all

We would highly recommend Factory Direct Shutters. The quality of the products is excellent. The office staff, sales team and fitter were all professional, friendly and helpful. In all stages of the quoting, ordering and fitting of our shutters, they bent over backwards to fit in with our requirements and schedule. We are very happy with the finished product.

Great products! After sales service was a little slow though- we needed our remote to be fixed and though I called a number of times, it took quite a while for the problem to be resolved. Great workmen and people though! ’

Do not use this company! Paid 50% deposit (thousands of dollars) in Nov 2022 - now April 2023 and still no product. Dismal customer service, poor communication, didn’t deliver on anything they promised. I just want my money back so I can order with a company that will supply what I have paid for…. Never again. Google won’t let me do zero stars…so 1 for Shaun who at least called us back (not that it made any difference) …sigh.

I just had Stacey come out and do a quote for my blinds.this was the second time he had done a quote for me (the first for an outside awning) and he didn't disappoint.he was very nice both times, impeccable customer service.he was very thorough with explaining what product was best for my house and made sure I was left with the best deal and a smile on my face. What a wonderful experience we have just had with the fabulous crew at Factory Direct Blinds! From the first point of contact, to the day of installation, all the staff were nothing but friendly, helpful & efficient. Terrible after sales service. Blinds have broken within 10 weeks of installation. Bowing as soon as they were installed, notified the installer, nothing was done and then they broke. I am still waiting on a resolution, 10 days since notifying FDS.
It is virtually impossible to get through to speak to anyone & no - one returns your calls.

Absolutely thrilled with my new shutters. Mark was very efficient and helpful, when installing. Also, all the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Hope to deal with Factory Direct again.

Didn't think I'd ever be ghosted by a blind company Horrible customer service. Two weeks of "calling back" and still waiting. Have text messages to prove it. I even called the office and the receptionist said somebody else would contact me. Still no call back.
