Such a fun and motivating place to train. Ash and Ray and the other trainers are fantastic. I am loving the vibe in the studio and I have made some great friendships along with getting fitter and feeling so much better.

Such an amazing studio! The trainers were incredibly welcoming and engaged! They were correcting form as well as encouraging all fitness levels to keep going! The vibe in the studio was phenomenal and something I’ve never experienced before! Members were loving their session and actively encouraging each other. I love the way you say good morning to everyone before the class by high diving everyone! Offering Stretching at the end of the session was great and my body was grateful! Very much encourage people to give this studio a go! Loved it! Thank you and next time I’m visiting I’ll be back for sure!

F45 located in Surfers paradise is in a fabulous location. The staff and other members make the environment warm and welcoming. The program is suited to all levels of fitness so if you were like me - totally unfit and overweight and hate exercising this is the place for you. 8 months on and I’m fitter and stronger and on my way to dropping more kg’s. Everyday is something new so it keeps it interesting. I highly recommend this style of gym. Well done Ray and team.

I highly recommend F45 Surfers Paradise for anyone that is wanting to gain focus, motivation and enthusiasm for training. The best part about F45 is that I don't have to think about what I have to do. Each day is a new, fun and challenging circuit, made all the more enjoyable with passionate coaches, welcoming members, pumped up music and great equipment. I love the community and that I am constantly pushing myself to my limits. Getting faster, lifting heavier and lasting for longer with every session!

Though joining F45 at Surfers Paradise, I have exceeded my goals in training, made great new friends, and have grown to love working out. Can't recommend this form of training enough! Thank you to all the great coaches at Surfers for making training exciting and enjoyable!

F45 Surfers is the BEST F45 studio I've been to! The other members are so lovely and the staff are incredible. They make you actually want to get out of bed early to go and train because it is such a fun environment. You feel like you are just going to work out with your friends Would highly recommend joining the Surfers F45, I am very sad to be moving overseas without them

F45 Surfers has been awesome for me. The culture in the club makes it so unique, we are a family and every is looked after, no matter what age or level of fitness. The support is amazing from the exceptional trainers and owners Ray & Ash.
The classes are highly motivating and you are pushed to the limit in the best possible way with your workout. I highly recommend coming in to F45 Surfers and changing your life for the better.

I moved to the GC 18 months ago and tried numerous gyms in the area, all offering something different. I quickly got bored and tried one after the other. Best thing i ever did was go to F45 Labrador/Surfers Paradise. I have been there for 12 weeks, have lost 10 kilos so far and never get bored. The trainers are really encouraging as are the other people in the class. It is more than a gym it is a big family. Stop the excuses, age is no barrier neither is size noone cares as we all grow together - see you there soon.

I have been a member of the f45 gym Labrador / surfers paradise and since 2017. It’s the only gym / exercise I have ever stuck to in my life. The classes are amazing, the gym members and the coaches.

My partner and I both decided to get on board with their 8 week challenge and changed our lifestyle from late nights and wine drinking to early mornings and we have felt so motivated to wake-up and get to F45.

The time simply flies while you are guided by trainers and surrounded by other motivated F45 members.
I've been a gym goer for years but only discovered F45 in my 30's and I can honestly tell you that I've never felt or looked better and I get actually EXCITED to go and smash out 45 minutes of workout.

Great team and workout environment. If you are looking for a good shape and make new friends, I definitely recommend the F45 Surfers Paradise. The coaches and the owner keep pushing us to our best version and you are only 1 block from the beach! How cool is that!

The team at Surfers Paradise are awesome. The environment they create to work out in is really motivating and makes you push harder. Looking forward to going back in there and getting that work done. 100% would recommend if you’re just getting your fitness journey started or need a Lil kick to get back into the swing of things. Ray, Sol, David & Elza foster a really welcoming and motivating atmosphere that creates a great workout environment. The gym itself is surprisingly spacious and being right next to the beach is awesome for post workout ocean dips. 10/10 would recommend.
