F45 Training Nundah

I had been out of training for a while and was feeling apprehensive about getting back into it. Tilly & Gee made it a whole lot easier. I’ve been at Nundah gym for 6 months now and love it! I felt very welcomed when I joined and there is a great community spirit amongst everyone. Would highly recommend

F45 Nundah! Best F45 studio hands down! This is the studio which re-energised my love for training. G and Tilly are such fun, caring people that no matter what your fitness level, they will support/push you in getting better, stronger and healthier. Even the members are supportive of others journey and make training fun. If I was still living in Brisbane I will only go to F45Nundah. Miss you guys

Amazing team! Been with F45 since November 2022 and what a transformation! The team don't just help you focus on your fitness goals but take a wholistic approach to your well-being. Cannot recommend Gee, Tilly and the team enough. Life changing in the best way.

Have loved my experience at F45 this far.
Yes, great range of exercises, love how they switch things up and have such variety (makes it fun + it “shocks” your body because your not expecting it thus giving you a great workout in a short amount of time), yes the videos are amazing & helpful & all the coaches are very motivating and helpful.
The main thing that struck me however is that the slogan “not just a gym but a community” on the corridor entrance is no lie.
Tilly and Gee are very genuine, warm people that obviously care about helping people reach their potential/their goals, all that good stuff. Gave great recommendations when I told them about the nigly injuries that I’ve had for a while.
Yes the exercise systems are excellent but honestly, the community atmosphere they create made me love F45.

Really effective way to get fitter and stronger. The Nundah gym has a bunch of great trainers led by Gee and Tilly that really push you and get the best out of you.

Love this place:) and lost 30kgs even with limitations due to medical issues. Thankyou gee, Tilly and team for knowledge and support you give it's next to none. Highly recommend these guys

Joined this gym and the challenge is absolutely amazing, ended up losing a lot of weight and feeling great.

I wasn’t a ‘gym’ person and I hadn’t worked out in a really long time, but the team at F45 Nundah made me feel right at home! They are dedicated to ensuring you have the best possible experience and support you to work towards your individual goals. F45 isn’t a gym, it’s a community and is now part of my every day! I can not thank them enough! You guys are the best!

My boyfriend & I have just started getting into fitness. We live half an hour from this studio yet the trainers here make it worth the drive! Definitely recommend

Completely enjoy the training and support at f45 Nundah. Great staff and such a motivating environment.

I’ve been to many gyms and boot camps in my life but F45 Nundah is where I’ve found my people and got my groove back! No one day is the same and it’s never boring. The staff are all incredibly nice and always there to help and change things up for you if that’s what’s needed.

The F45 Team at Nundah are awesome! Always a fun environment and I really enjoy going here to train. I am so glad I joined they push you to your limit and I always leave feeling great like I’ve had a really good workout.

I’ve been training at F45 Nundah for just over 2 years now. The trainers are awesome and you get great results especially if you follow the F45 nutrition advice! Have tried all of the other options, and this one is the best!
