F45 Training Logan Central

Being so for real, F45 Logan Central Ohana really is the best! I started by signing up to do a 28 day challenge back in September 2023, haven’t looked back and still currently a member.

Staff go pretty alright and Facilities are clean, friendly welcoming environment and family oriented

Great place to workout, trainers are awesome. Plus here at F45 Training Logan Central Ohana means family and nobody gets left behind.

Introduced by friends, I thought it would be hard! I thought it's only for fit people! I thought Oh Shame, everyone's going to see me die Ugly! Lol But once I got started I made new friends, met people all on different fitness levels and on the same journey! Workout became fun, you meet awesome people who are now my F45 family, and before you know it your fitter than when you started and dont even realise! Best decision ever! Ohana! Encouraging! Family! Goals! Awesome Trainers! Highly Recommended! 45mins of your day is all you need. ️

With workouts suitable for all fitness levels, F45 has helped me get back on track in terms of my health & fitness. F45 Logan “Ohana” Central though has been an embodiment of what it means to surround yourself with family/like-minded individuals who push you to do better & be better than you were when you walked through the doors.
- In the time that I’ve been here I’ve never had an issue, and genuinely felt supported not only from trainers/staff, but the members too.

The owner himself, Tys, has proven time & time again not only to encourage his Ohana slogan but also embody it himself. Doing his best to cater to our needs, he & his staff have really outdone themselves to provide a safe space within our community.

I love how family oriented Logan F45 is and the vibes and people are I have tried other F45’s and this by far is my favourite studio. The trainers are so supportive and always there to help or give us the each push we need to complete each workout You will not be disappointed

I’ve been a member since Jan 2018 and have loved being a part of the “OHANA” at F45 LC. The coaching staff, facilities and most importantly friends made, has been pivotal in my fitness journey. F45 Logan central is like a second home. Legit the vibes and relationships built here are incredible truely blessed for the owners opening up a safe place for us all.
