F45 Bundaberg

I just moved here in the last few months and was really struggling to find a place that had the vibe I was looking for! F45 Bundaberg have got exactly what Iv been searching for! Friendly, inviting, bubbly, make you feel comfortable the moment you arrive and of course very knowledgeable and able to push me when I don’t think I can push any more! Looking forward to the year ahead here

Since transitioning to the F45 style of training I have thoroughly enjoyed the fast pace environment. The trainers are warm and welcoming. I would recommend everyone try this style of training. Thank you team.

I started f45 in Bundaberg a few weeks ago and was welcomed with open arms. I haven’t been for a few years and after having my daughter 4 months ago I new I had to start somewhere.
They not only welcome you with open arms but no judgment, do there best to help you with explaining anything you ask and it’s not just about going in working out and leaving.

I am happy that I have finally pushed myself to get back into such a motivative and friendly atmosphere here at f45 Bundaberg.

I have just switched from the traditional gym, to f45 and I can already feel the difference! I can’t wait to see results long term ️

I started with a trial and was welcomed by the amazing coaches but couldn’t commit at the time. I returned a few months later and all the team have made me feel welcome and relaxed to start again and get into the rhythm. I love how the coaches know your name and encourage you to keep going but will also support you if you need to adapt the exercises. I’m loving how there is no judgement and everyone is willing to help. It’s such a friendly, supportive and amazing community. I can’t wait to continue my journey and see what results I can achieve. Looking forward to smashing goals with this fantastic team.

I recently joined F45. All the coaches are super welcoming and keep you motivated to achieve your goals. F45 is definitely the place to be, I highly recommend joining!

I’m 5 days into a free trial at f45 bundaberg and it’s been great so far! Workouts are challenging but the team are super friendly and supportive. Would definitely recommend!

I haven’t worked out in years so I was very nervous coming into F45, but the trainers have been so lovely and helpful and have made me feel so comfortable! The sessions are fast and fun and anyone can do it

F45 Bundaberg is one of the best things I've done on my fitness journey! I can't believe I didn't find them earlier! All the team at F45 Bundaberg are welcoming, friendly and motivating which makes going there a much nicer and enjoyable experience! If you are looking for a friendly, welcoming and professional fitness experience I'd definitely would recommend these guys for sure!

I have recently signed back up to f45 and the classes are still just as good if not better than when I originally signed up for the first time. Each Session really get the heart pumping and the blood flowing. F45 is a great way to get in shape

I was so nervous going into my first ever session at f45, but the girls Brooke & thea really made sure I felt comfortable & supported! Walked out feeling amazing!

Absolutely loving F45.
I’ve never been a gym person and I was afraid that I would be left behind in one. This is the total opposite of what I envisioned.
I feel welcome and motivated but also- I see that everyone else around me feels the same way and that says a lot!
It’s fun yet pushes you and I’m loving it!

A really great encouraging environment to work out in! Im only a beginner but no one made me feel inferior to the others that knew more or had been coming for longer! Keep up the good work guys

Just recently signed up for the free trial with F45 and have now signed up to become a member. The coaches are all very welcoming and encouraging when you first walk in which definitely makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. The workout is fun and you definitely feel so much stronger and better afterwards. The workout, equipment and coaches are all there all you have to do is turn up, which makes it so easy. Would definitely recommend!

F45 is such a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere, staff are so lovely and motivating, they push you to reach your goal but it’s totally worth signing up, very happy and love coming back each day.

F45 Bundaberg is full of amazing coaches and people who make you feel welcomed & accepted. Always supported and kept accountable. Would highly recommend to anyone.
