What a great experience I had dealing with the guys at Ezy Decking, for Ian at the start on deciding on boards, to a great delivery and great after care. Spoke to the team for numerous tips and assistance and they were more than happy to help.

Even came out especially to swap some boards for me, nothing was too much trouble.

Good to deal with through sales etc unfortunately for me the delivery driver let me down when asked if he could back it up my driveway where I had a bunnings truck with a hiab the week before delivering 6m lengths of timber he told me no and that it’s kurbside delivery and they don’t do up driveways. I rang Ian after and the driver had told him he felt it would be unsafe yet the driver said to me I don’t mean to be rude but we do kurbside not up there but dissaointinf when spending over $5000 on materials that they can’t help out that little bit more

I live in Bellbird Park QLD, and I would like to complement Ian and Staff from Ezy Decking.
My order got a little mixed up between my understanding and the terminology of of the products, and this happens.
What really stood out to me was the fact that Ian was concerned about what had happened, he went out of his way to contact me on Good Friday.
He assured me that all would be sorted out on Tuesday, and it was!
His professionalism came out and made the transaction easy, he changed the product over without any question.
The product is easy to use and looks amazing.
I would use this product again and would highly recommend to anybody.
If I could work for this company I would, as I know that the company will go a long way with the product range they have to offer.
The products look so much more natural than many of the other samples that I looked at, definitely value for money and was the best price on the market.
