Expert Electrical were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We were looking for an installer who would work with an Asbestos Roof (in good condition) and Expert Electrical were able to provide a high quality, safe and very neat install for our system. They assisted with all administration for setting up our connection, set up our inverter, connected it to the home WIFI and helped set up the App on my phone. Could not recommend highly enough (one of my friends has already signed up with them for a system).

My experience in having our Solar PV installed by Expert Electrical has been excellent.

First the process of consultation and receiving a quote from Lee was straightforward, professional, and informative. We went through a range of topics and options, including flexibility to allow for adding batteries at some point in the future. My thanks to Lee for mentioning the green home loan from the Commonwealth Bank, which was ideal for us. As to the quote - it was reasonable and our loan officer commented that it was one of the most thorough and professional proposals she had seen.

As soon as we got the go ahead on the green Home Loan, the installation date was set up and booked to occur within days. Jacob the electrician and his assistant Harry are both excellent - again professional and highly efficient. Ours was a large (13kW) but relatively straightforward installation on a tin roof, that they managed to complete within one (11-hour) workday. The last couple of hours were taken up with ensuring the inverters, wifi connections, and software were all operational. Also, Jacob has done a really neat job with the cabling and mounting of inverters etc.

Customer service has been great all along the way, and have checked in to see if everything is working as expected. The performance at the moment is exceeding the estimates (which may have been a bit conservative in allowing for our east-west orientation). They initiated the process for smart meter installation, but also let me know that often the utility needs a contact from the home owner to push them along. I am now expecting this installation to take place within the next week.

So in summary, if you want an efficient professional installation service with high quality products at a reasonable price, then I have no hesitation in recommending them to you.

After alot of no shows by other well known companies and extensive research I contacted Expert Electrical to speak about a Solar System for our new home.
From the initial phone conversation with Courtney who arranged for Shannon to meet with us to discuss our needs we knew we were dealing with a reputable, reliable company.
Shannon was punctual, informative and not at all pushy. He sent through a very detailed description of what System we had discussed and offered a few more alternatives. After lots more research and positive reviews on the Solar System that was initially discussed we proceeded to engage Expert Electrical to instal our new Solar System. Chris and his team were our installers. They were professional, knowledgeable and installation was incredibly neat and tidy. Chris explained the workings of the System and answered all of my many questions with no hesitation.

They whole process was simple through Expert Electrical. From the quote to install they were very informative for first time solar buyers and very patient. We did the whole transaction from interstate and from seeing it in person now, the quality and workmanship looks unreal!
